I start off every new year thinking about all the new recipes I want to share here on my website. And as always, I completely over-think it. 🥺 I spend hours going back and forth, my mind in a total whirl. What do I think you want to see more of this year?

More quick recipes recipes? More complete meals in one pot? More healthy recipes? More finger food?

But – why try to second-guess what type of recipes you want to see? I’ll just ask you!
So, dear reader, tell me what recipes you’d like to see in 2023! Leave your suggestions in the comments below.

I can’t promise I can dish up everything on your wish list, but I can promise that I will read every single message and factor it in as I create new recipes throughout the year. Your feedback is invaluable to me, every time I put out these help requests. ❤️

If possible, low cholesterol recipes.
I would really enjoy seeing some simple yet innovative finger foods. Seems everything that comes to my mind has been over done (by me!) and everything else just sounds too fidly to bother with.PS: did the good old one pot greek lemon chicken to rave reviews…Again! Yay…and received the book for xmas. XX
Could we have more vegetarian options, particularly what is the secret to tasty tofu or seitan, or veggie burgers? Thank you!!
Maybe more vegetarian recipes with little processed food included, more fresh ingredients.
Would love your version of a Burke..
Some gluten-free recipes, please. My daughter cannot tolerate gluten and we adjust recipes as we can, but it would be great to have some of your delicious recipes designed to be gluten-free.

I loved your recent cream-and-mustard super simple sauce, more of those, please! I probably already have the ingredients for the sauces you will create, but wouldn’t have thought of the combinations myself!

I have a lactose intolerant granddaughter and son-in-law. Any ideas would be welcome.
Vegetarian meals that are affordable. With the cost of living increasing it is important those on a lower budget can feed themselves a healthy diet.
To have an Asian feed, (I HAVE to have an Asian feed every so often!), I have to drive an hour each way. So, I’d love more, easy to make Asian dishes please.
Plus sauces & air fryer recipes too please.
