I start off every new year thinking about all the new recipes I want to share here on my website. And as always, I completely over-think it. 🥺 I spend hours going back and forth, my mind in a total whirl. What do I think you want to see more of this year?

More quick recipes recipes? More complete meals in one pot? More healthy recipes? More finger food?

But – why try to second-guess what type of recipes you want to see? I’ll just ask you!
So, dear reader, tell me what recipes you’d like to see in 2023! Leave your suggestions in the comments below.

I can’t promise I can dish up everything on your wish list, but I can promise that I will read every single message and factor it in as I create new recipes throughout the year. Your feedback is invaluable to me, every time I put out these help requests. ❤️
Thank you in advance for your input!! – Nagi x
Life of Dozer
He thought hoped Christmas was over……. 🤭

Hi Nagi. I love your recipes. Your site is my go to. I am gluten sensitive, eat just one grain too much and my inflammatory disease kicks in. I’ve tried many gluten free sandwich bread recipes but they aren’t great. I buy frozen GF bread which is really good but super expensive. Do you have any GF recipes up your sleeve?
Penne all’s vodka
Hi Nagi, I really love your recipes that cook bulk amounts for families and let me use leftovers the next day, like the slow cooker lambs, Greek chicken etc so more meals we can cook once – eat twice – would be great please! Thank you
Vegetarian dishes that have a good amount of protein and / or Instant Pot recipes!
I would definitely love more Thai food or recipes using curry pastes. Like a fried rice with curry paste or something like a salad dressing 🤷♀️
I would love you to try and make my German Mum’s Potato Salad recipe that’s always a hit with everyone!
OMI’S GERMAN POTATO SALAD
“Kartoffelsalat”
Makes a LARGE salad bowl of potato salad.
If you prefer to use Baby potatoes instead – use 2 LARGE bags of them (with the skin left on)
INGREDIENTS:
• 12-15 large sized potatoes in their jackets (boiled in saucepan until cooked).
( I always totally fill my largest saucepan full with potatoes for this salad recipe).
• 1 medium white or red onion finely chopped
• 4-6 bacon rashers, finely chopped & fried in pan (pour any remaining bacon fat into salad)
• 5 Dill Cucumbers from a jar (Polski O’Gorki) “Bick’s” brand is best if you can get them
• ¾ cup Mayonnaise (“Praise” is best, or whole egg mayonnaise)
• 2 dessertspoons of Sugar
• ¼ cup Vinegar
• ¼ cup Oil
• ½ cup Water (best made up with some of the pickle juice from the Dill Cucumber jar)
• ¼ teaspoon cracked Pepper
• 2 teaspoons Salt
• Bunch of fresh Dill (using scissors cut ½ the bunch finely into the salad
Optional ingredients:
• Add a dessertspoon of mustard to the mayonnaise (German or Dijon)
• Add some finely chopped boiled egg
• Add some finely chopped fresh dill
METHOD
Boil potatoes whole until just soft – then cool, peel & dice, or finely slice the potatoes
In a salad bowl place all ingredients for the salad dressing base (see below) and mix well.
Then place all the cooked diced potatoes, dill cucumbers, onion & fried bacon into the salad dressing base and fresh dill and gently combine together.
DRESSING BASE:
• 2 teaspoons salt
• ½ teaspoon of pepper
• 2 dessertspoons of sugar
• ¼ cup of vinegar
• ¼ cup oil
• ½ cup of water
• ¾ cup Praise Mayonnaise
Would love to see more tuna
recipes.
Vegan meals and desserts. Also interesting flavors when it comes to baking like earl grey and lavander 🙂
Hi Nagi, I would also love to see recipes using the Instant Pot and your version of a Bee Sting slice would be fabulous.
Hi Nagi, I’m excitedly waiting for your cookbook arrival in February. As for your request for recipes, I love your quick recipes and more of them is always appreciated. Saying that, could you work on a recipe for Hungarian Gulyas please? Also Welsh Cakes and Friands if you need more ideas. We love food from all over the world. Thank you for all you do, and thank Dozer for just being him.❤️ Happy New Year!🎉
I love Asian recipes but I am always looking for a spicy, true Orange or Tangerine Beef recipe with pieces of citrus included and it is not sickeningly sweet like Orange Chicken.
Chicken/lamb/Prawn Korma
Vegetarian recipes
Wok noodles recipes

“how to get kids to eat veggie recipes” haha

I have not tried this yet, but I definitely will now! Thanks for your reply 😁
I would love a vegetarian meal (not vegan) that my adult meat eater sons would also love. Needs to be full of flavour and substance.
If you have the book there’s a mushroom lasagne that could be what you’re looking for!!
I am allergic to eggs but love cakes! – do you have a great recipe for an eggless cake??
I would love a recipe for Lhasksa, and more stirfries. Already love your Asian takeout recipes. Thanks!
Heather
I am gluten free and very low carb. No sugar or sweeteners of any kind. Only eat a few berries. Any recipe for anything would be appreciated.
Oven baked one pot no fuss Kedgeree please
Hi Nagi! I’d love to see more main dish and side salads. And speaking of sides….how about more of those? Thanks, can’t wait to see what you come up with! ❤️ to Dozer and you both!
