Tell me what type of recipes you’d like to see more of this year! Leave your suggestions and wish list in the comments section at the bottom of this post. 🙂

I start off every new year thinking about all the new recipes I want to share here on my website. And as always, I completely over-think it. 🥺 I spend hours going back and forth, my mind in a total whirl. What do I think you want to see more of this year?

More quick recipes recipes? More complete meals in one pot? More healthy recipes? More finger food?

I am so inspired by your recipes and have had great success with them. I do a lot of family dinners (10 people minimum) and would love to see more of your uncomplicated, but really impressive and absolutely delicious dishes that I can partially cook ahead. Thank you for all your work!!! Chicken-Head Dozer is a winner.

    Hi Nagi,
I’ve trying to find a good Cajun Dirty Rice recipe. I can’t find one that is flavorful, and it needs a bit of a kick too.

Communal dishes such as make-your-own Buddha bowls, tortillas, Vietnamese cold rolls, or sushi.

Fondue, raclette, or Chinese hotpot (definitely hotpot!!!).

Hilarity, ice-breaker, and easily caters for broad tastes.

Hi Nagi — Most warm new year for you — I would like a recipe for a never fail tomato soup, which is simple — I made one, which was super & I failed at every one since then — Wasted a lot of tomatoes in the process — Thanks for all of your recipes

    Hi Nagi,

Are you able to make either the Cambodian Kep Black pepper crab or Singaporean Black pepper crab or Hong Kong Typhoon Shelter Crab.

Yeah, I like eating crabs. =P

Nagi, I enjoy your fusion recipes – Western + Eastern – as I grew up with absolutely no experience with Asian foods. If truth be told, I had little experience with foods out of the deep South USA.
Anyway, I am collecting one-pot recipes that I can adapt to my retirement hobby – Dutch Oven cooking so those are great for me. Due to the DO flexibility, these can be skillet/wok or baked as well. Cooking with steam is also an unfamiliar technic that I find interesting.
But I have enjoyed reading all of the recipes you publish so don’t take my advice to heart. You are a great writer and your background comments are always interesting.
