He thought hoped Christmas was over……. 🤭

Hi Nagi and Dozer!
I’d love to see more healthy recipes and also air fryer recipes. Those that are full of flavor can be hard to find.
Thanks.
Happy New Year, Nagi and Dozer! What a Christmas hat for Dozer! My Golden Retriever would have tried to eat it.
I love your no fuss ingredients and no fuss cooking. Congratulations on your very own recipe book!
I have a very compact kitchen without an oven. Grr! So one pot, put it all in at once and leave it to cook would be fantastic – including slow cooker. I am also trying out vegetarian so need your recipes to help me out there, thanks.
Chashu and kakuni please!
Hi Nagi.
One of my favourite Chinese take aways is sliced roast duck chow mien in a bbq sauce.
I would love the recipe for this.
Thanks . Mike.
Having an autoimmune disease, milk or any dairy is an big issue for me. So I would like more recipes without the use of milk/dairy. Especially desserts! Please!
Instant pot
Pork or chicken entree
Hi Nagi! HAPPY NEW YEAR TO U & DOZER!
I would love a recipe for Aloo Gobi. I cant get enough of this stuff when I order it from my fav local Indian restaurant & I’m not even a vegetarian…SO GOOD!
Would it be possible to get any Hakka recipes? This blend of Indian/Chinese food is amazing, but surprisingly difficult to find good online recipes.
I would like to see more fish recipes.
Thank you for being so thorough and dependable!
Hi Nagi, big fan of your recipes but my life is empty because you have never posted that Dutch delicacy called Kibbeling. I have tried but failed as I am hopeless at making a beer batter. I’m sure you could make some and knock it out of the park…Go on you know you want too. Keep up the good work and i will continue to spread the word.
Best wishes Chris.
I lived in South Korea for a year and had bulgogi stew. It’s so good! It’s raw bulgogi marinated meat, cooked in a hot pot with veggies and potatoe starch noodles(the same noodles used for japchae). As the bulgogi meat cooks, the juices flavor the soup and veggies in the hot pot.
Happy new year! I’d love to see a recipe for US restaurant style egg drop soup—no matter what I do, my broth seems to end up tasting like plain ol’ chicken broth with none of the savory/slightly sweet notes, the egg ribbons are never right, and the consistency is always either too thick or too thin.
Global comfort food for dinner, like Totlia (maltese fava bean stew) and pierogi (polish dumplings)!
Happy New Year Nagi and Dozer! I’d welcome some new salads with plant based protein. Soups would also be awesome. I’ve packed on some lbs so need some lower carb and healthy fat inspirations. Looking to eat more fish and chicken.
I would be interested in empanadas and chinese orange chicken (air fryer). Anything with goat cheese!
Massaman gai. I had that dish in a Thai restaurant years ago and it was fabulous. Slices of tender chicken breast with chunks of potato and onion in a creamy, spicy coconut-based sauce. Wooohooo!
This is Nagi’s massaman and it’s delicious 😁 (in note 5 she explains how to switch out the beef for chicken)

One of my favorite dishes in the world is the traditional Mexican chiles rellenos, using a whole Anaheim pepper stuffed w/cheese and coated and fried in a light egg batter and served in a light tomato sauce. I would love to know how to achieve this by your methods!
Mine, too, Marian. I can’t get fresh chilies here in Italy only the canned variety.
Happy New Year Nagi! (and Dozer of course).
I have to say, I love reading all your recipes and if possible would like to see both one pot meals and healthy ones too.
Good luck with your new book!
Elaine – Manchester, UK
Yeh, I totally agree! Love the simple, no fuss cooking from Nagi but one pot, healthy would be awesome!
Hello Nagi,
First off the chicken sandwiches were a great hit!!
More one pot vegetarian meals
Yep! I agree with you. One pot vegetarian meals are for me. Meat and fish proteins are way too expensive and I know there are seeds and beans that are proteins (some complete). But what to do with them so they taste better than eating grass? LOL Thanks & Happy New Year Nagi & Dozer
Looking good recipe for banana bread
