Weekly Meal Plan #5

1. smothered rissoles
I love a good rissole….and it’s even more amazing with mushroom gravy rather than a squirt of tomato sauce!

2. Chicken singapore noodles
My quick way to make Singapore noodles – without hunting down Chinese BBQ pork or Chinese sausage!

3. one pot creamy tomato beef pasta
THIS! Readers love it!

4. baked filet-o-fish
What a way to get your fish fix! PS Just making sure you didn’t miss that this is BAKED not fried 🙂

5. spinach ricotta stuffed giant shells
It’s so QUICK to stuff! Much faster than making cannelloni.

6. pulled chicken nachos
You may never go back to beef! (Who am I kidding – I will).

7. lamb shanks for sunday
Fall apart meat smothered din a rich red wine sauce….YES PLEASE
