Hi everyone! Welcome to Meal Plan #3 I’m sharing via Instagram. We’re only a few weeks in, so I’m still finding my feet. If there’s sufficient demand, I’ll making this a weekly routine mail out.

This week we’ve got a couple of handy one-pot recipes so save them for your busier nights, a big batch low-effort pulled pork (great one to stretch over two if not three meals), and a few comfort food reader favourites. Plus a treat suggestion – because you deserve it!

Weekly Meal Plan #3

1. One-pan Baked Butter Chicken
Put everything in a pan, then bake. That’s it!

2. OLD SCHOOL BEEF TACOS
You stuff and cheese your crispy taco shells before baking, right??!

3. ONE POT MEXICAN CHICKEN AND RICE
Mexican red rice PLUS juicy burrito flavoured chicken, a complete meal in one pot!

4. easy SLOW COOKER BBQ PULLED PORK
Big batch, low effort cooking to make once and serve twice or thrice!

5. thai coconut pumpkin soup
Pretty please cook up some frozen roti to dunk in this!!

6. creamy chicken pasta OF MY DREAMS
I really do dream about this…..

7. PEANUT BUTTER STUFFED BROWNIES
What do you MEAN you haven’t tried these yet??! *She feels faint with shock*
