It’s not often we have the luxury of being asked – what do you want?
And while I imagine in many situations, that’s a loaded question for a list of unrealistic demands, in the world of RecipeTin Eats, it is somewhat more viable for me to deliver!
The list of recipe and food related ideas I have is long and never ending. New ideas get added every day, things get scratched off as I try and dismiss them. Only the very best, the ones I deem “blog worthy” (yep, that’s a technical term 😂) make it on my website.
The problem is, the number of blog-worthy dishes is very, very long. And there is only so much ground that one girl and her dog can cover.
Thus, I turn to you to ask –
Tell me what you want for 2021!
Or, what do you not want? You can ask for anything! Here are some ideas:
More greens, less meat
More fish!
Work lunch ideas
More Dozer (🤞🏼!)
Dietary specific recipes – low cal / low carb
Freezer friendly recipes
Complete menus – where I share starter/main/sides/dessert like this Arabian Nights Feast I did many years ago (and still rather popular to this day!)
Slow cooker recipes – the “set and forget” sort
I obviously cannot promise to give you absolutely everything you ask for. But I can promise that I will read every response, and what you say will shape the direction of RecipeTin Eats in 2021.
So, talk to me!! – Nagi x
PS Still taking dish specific requests on this page! This is a perpetual list that I use for inspiration, and sometimes I can provide links to recipes from other sources (if I’ve tried them) so you don’t have to wait for me!
PPS Just one thing I can’t deliver on –

🚫🍌 NO BANANA. The only “normal” food I can’t stand, a childhood hangover from all those years my mother would jam a banana in my lunchbox and there it would sit, festering in the Aussie summer heat (pre cooler-bag days) and the banana smell with infuse into everything in the lunchbox. Ever had a banana infused ham sandwich? Not good, my friends. Not good. 🤢
I find it thoroughly amusing that my mother is the master of bento box lunches but failed to even consider the most basic fundamentals of putting together a sandwich lunchbox.
And thus, I am scarred for life. No bananas!😇 (Blame mum)
Life of Dozer
Launching into 2021, Dozer style:

And PS, wow, what a response to the Interview With Dozer!! Trust Dozer to close out 2020 with the single most commented on post of the year. Stealing my thunder – and I totally love it. 🥰

Hi Nagi, 😁
I so love desserts! I made your luscious Strawberry Cheesecake, oh my gosh, crazy delicious! 😁
Your Vanilla Cupcakes were perfectly perfect, and really did stay moist for days, (there is only the two of us). A niece and I made your Apple Crumble Bars a week ago,and served them with vanilla ice cream, totally awesome! She took the recipe home!
I would really like, and appreciate, a recipe for croissants, I have one but, I have a good feeling you would come up with the BEST recipe EVER! I have seen recipes all over the net for Babka, and with all sorts of fillings… I also love citrus…orange, lemon, lime, most especially in pound cakes and bundt cakes. Coffeecakes are amazing as well, very similar to pound/bundt cakes. Butterscotch, toffee, white chocolate are awesome flavours and incorporate well into coffeecakes, bundts, pound cakes, frosted or unfrosted, glazed or not glazed. Caramel cake, the kind with the most beautiful golden crumb, made with a penuche fudge icing, (caramel fudge topping, usually cooked on the stove, and almost always with a candy thermometer) I have a candy thermometer, some people don’t. I am certain you could come up with a recipe for those who do not own a candy thermometer, like a no fail deal fudge icing, with your own golden hued cake recipe… definitely a feat in and of itself. Okay…that is some dessert ideas, as I have a sweet tooth! And,yet the older I have gotten, it seems less pronounced, but still…😛
You have covered so much overall in all departments of cooking and baking (and amazingly so)…I have never come across a food blog quite like yours, one that I trust implicitly to turn out the best food/ recipes possible! Everything is delicious, never fails, and makes me look like a top chef! I am always proud of the outcome. My family and friends rave about my cooking and baking, and I am so happy about it! -Thank-you Nagi!!!- I also wanted to express not only how wonderful your recipes are but also the entire blog itself! You are so sweet, and so kind, and so generous, with your time, testing, tasting, (DOZER too, lol…😂) writing, and giving free recipes that are absolutely delicious to people all over the world! You share Dozer with us, (I want my own Dozer) We love him too!! The happy pictures and captions, with each recipe are funny and heartwarming! I wait impatiently for your next e-mail!…It is like a ray of sunshine! 😁 Thank-you so much!!!
I veered off, that’s me, lol…😂 At this point I can’t think of anything else other than Korean Fried Mozzarella Sticks! (If you remember me mentioning how I get brain lock on something, mostly food) I have seen them on the net, people eating them, their eyes rolling back into their heads, and it’s like Oh, My, Gosh…died and gone to deep fried Mozzarella Heaven. I Wouldn’t mind taking a trip to Mozzarella Heaven myself… without the dying part of course, lol…😂 So, for now, that’s about it, but I will be back with more suggestions! In the meantime, I wish you and Dozer good health and many many blessings!!!
Hugs and kisses to you and Dozer! And, happy frolicking around in the sunshine!!! 😎
Your friend, Susan, in Ontario Canada.

I’m loving all these ideas Susan!! N x
Hi I tried mostly main they all turned out the chocolate cupcake was awesome I would like more easy Sunday dinner recipe sandwiches too
I’m new to your cooking party and very impressed with your recipes. I’m also a big fan of sous vide cooking and grilling/smoking foods. I was wondering if you are planning to use a sous vide circulator or oven? This method is wonderful for animal proteins and doesn’t heat up your kitchen during hot weather.
Hi Barbara, possibly in the future! N x
I absolutely absolutely love your recipes ❤️❤️❤️i wish you would publish some recipie books, it would be so much more fun to cook by 😍😍😍😍
