Talk to me! Tell me what you want.

It’s not often we have the luxury of being asked – what do you want?

And while I imagine in many situations, that’s a loaded question for a list of unrealistic demands, in the world of RecipeTin Eats, it is somewhat more viable for me to deliver!

The list of recipe and food related ideas I have is long and never ending. New ideas get added every day, things get scratched off as I try and dismiss them. Only the very best, the ones I deem “blog worthy” (yep, that’s a technical term 😂) make it on my website.

The problem is, the number of blog-worthy dishes is very, very long. And there is only so much ground that one girl and her dog can cover.

Thus, I turn to you to ask –

Tell me what you want for 2021!

Or, what do you not want? You can ask for anything! Here are some ideas:

  • More greens, less meat

  • More fish!

  • Work lunch ideas

  • More Dozer (🤞🏼!)

  • Dietary specific recipes – low cal / low carb

  • Freezer friendly recipes

  • Complete menus – where I share starter/main/sides/dessert like this Arabian Nights Feast I did many years ago (and still rather popular to this day!)

  • Slow cooker recipes – the “set and forget” sort

I obviously cannot promise to give you absolutely everything you ask for. But I can promise that I will read every response, and what you say will shape the direction of RecipeTin Eats in 2021.

So, talk to me!! – Nagi x

PS Still taking dish specific requests on this page! This is a perpetual list that I use for inspiration, and sometimes I can provide links to recipes from other sources (if I’ve tried them) so you don’t have to wait for me!

PPS Just one thing I can’t deliver on –

🚫🍌 NO BANANA. The only “normal” food I can’t stand, a childhood hangover from all those years my mother would jam a banana in my lunchbox and there it would sit, festering in the Aussie summer heat (pre cooler-bag days) and the banana smell with infuse into everything in the lunchbox. Ever had a banana infused ham sandwich? Not good, my friends. Not good. 🤢

I find it thoroughly amusing that my mother is the master of bento box lunches but failed to even consider the most basic fundamentals of putting together a sandwich lunchbox.

And thus, I am scarred for life. No bananas!😇 (Blame mum)

And PS, wow, what a response to the Interview With Dozer!! Trust Dozer to close out 2020 with the single most commented on post of the year. Stealing my thunder – and I totally love it. 🥰

Could you please share your “recipe” for Dozer’s food? Also, healthy breakfast recipes would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for all of your hard work. I really enjoy your blog.

Happy New Year! I love your recipes especially your Asian food flavors but recently I have been restricted to a low sodium diet. Could we see more Asian food recipes with lower sodium content, if that’s possible? Thank you!

Nagi, I’m a new subscriber and you are the only subscription that I hold. Something about your site captured my heart! I would love to see more low carb and complete menus. Of course I love Dozer and want more of the both of you 🙂 Weeknight meal ideas are always welcome… so tired of the same old boring stuff that I make for my husband and son (who are both too picky for my taste!). Thank you for asking and HAPPY 2021!

    Hi Nagi,
First off, I have to say I’m thankful for the no banana rule!
Not for the exact same reasons, but close.
Also, more of Dozer is ALWAYS a yes! Seriously, what’s not to love?

As to food….I’d love to see more of any type of salads, chicken, pork and baking recipes please.
We love yours, and they are in use regularly.
During lockdown when yeast was nowhere, your Damper inspired bread saved the day again and again.
I can’t thank you enough for that.
(Although now I’ve got spoiled people here……”ewww, it’s not Nagi’s…) siiigh.
That bread has gone to Taiwan with my youngest son and his Russian and Thai friends teaching there love it also. They in turn sent links home….that bread is awesome!
Thanks for all the hard work, and recipes, plus all the fun and knowledge along the way. Please keep it up, and give Dozer a hug from all of us.

Hi Nagi! I live near Montreal in Canada. 15 months ago I started the keto diet which I love very much but I am always in need for new recipes! If you could give us some very very low carb recipes, it would be great! And of course, more life of Dozer too!

Hi Nagi and a Happy New Year to you and Dozer!! I hope your 10 days off were restful! In the spirit of meal ideas I would love weekly easy meals with every day food groups and vegetables that are waiting to be used up in the fridge. Also meals that can be frozen in individual servings or batches when there’s leftovers. Lastly I’m always trying to cook more poultry and fish and seafood and less red meat, please help with ideas!!!! Thank you and hugs to you and Dozer :). PS please post more pictures of Dozer and his ongoings as well!

I would love to see you work your magic with some low carb and keto recipes! I will be trying to concentrate on losing some of these pounds that seem to keep accumulating for the new year. You are great and I love every single recipe iv tried and now have my daughter hooked! She has asked me several times for a recipe after I have made one of yours and ever time I would say well it’s one of Navi’s! lol That and the fact she loves dogs more than people (although she would never admit it) makes you guys a match for sure. I get so excited when I get my emails from you!! Thank you so much!!

Love your recipes but would love to see more vegetarian and perhaps vegan. I eat now vegan as I think a lot of people are or at least vegetarian. The world is changing!

I love your recipes and look forward to your e-mails. I am a diabetic and sometimes find it challenging to make meals that are good for me. My 74 year old husband has a sweet tooth! We have been in lockdown for close to a year now so coming up with new ideas can be challenging. I love what you do and applaud you. Best Wishes for the New Year.

I always love recipes for yummy appetizers. I love to cook; but, I live on my own and often have to manipulate recipes to prepare a smaller amount. Obviously, my family and friends benefit from leftovers a lot. So I like recipes that are easily divisible, or are just as delicious served as leftovers.

I just love following you, I must admit I am partial because of Dozer!! Loved the Christmas card and all the pics. Your a great Mom!! But no I truly enjoy trying your recipes so much flavor. I would like to see more low carb or carb free meals and snacks, I have been been trying but it gets so boarding after a while. I also love Asian dishes, with lots of vegetables.

I wish you and Dozer many Blessings in 2021, this is going to be a great year!!

Thank you for your amazing gift of sharing your recipes and with D ozer as your taste tester!!
