It’s not often we have the luxury of being asked – what do you want?
And while I imagine in many situations, that’s a loaded question for a list of unrealistic demands, in the world of RecipeTin Eats, it is somewhat more viable for me to deliver!
The list of recipe and food related ideas I have is long and never ending. New ideas get added every day, things get scratched off as I try and dismiss them. Only the very best, the ones I deem “blog worthy” (yep, that’s a technical term 😂) make it on my website.
The problem is, the number of blog-worthy dishes is very, very long. And there is only so much ground that one girl and her dog can cover.
Thus, I turn to you to ask –
Tell me what you want for 2021!
Or, what do you not want? You can ask for anything! Here are some ideas:
More greens, less meat
More fish!
Work lunch ideas
More Dozer (🤞🏼!)
Dietary specific recipes – low cal / low carb
Freezer friendly recipes
Complete menus – where I share starter/main/sides/dessert like this Arabian Nights Feast I did many years ago (and still rather popular to this day!)
Slow cooker recipes – the “set and forget” sort
I obviously cannot promise to give you absolutely everything you ask for. But I can promise that I will read every response, and what you say will shape the direction of RecipeTin Eats in 2021.
So, talk to me!! – Nagi x
PS Still taking dish specific requests on this page! This is a perpetual list that I use for inspiration, and sometimes I can provide links to recipes from other sources (if I’ve tried them) so you don’t have to wait for me!
PPS Just one thing I can’t deliver on –

🚫🍌 NO BANANA. The only “normal” food I can’t stand, a childhood hangover from all those years my mother would jam a banana in my lunchbox and there it would sit, festering in the Aussie summer heat (pre cooler-bag days) and the banana smell with infuse into everything in the lunchbox. Ever had a banana infused ham sandwich? Not good, my friends. Not good. 🤢
I find it thoroughly amusing that my mother is the master of bento box lunches but failed to even consider the most basic fundamentals of putting together a sandwich lunchbox.
And thus, I am scarred for life. No bananas!😇 (Blame mum)
Life of Dozer
Launching into 2021, Dozer style:

And PS, wow, what a response to the Interview With Dozer!! Trust Dozer to close out 2020 with the single most commented on post of the year. Stealing my thunder – and I totally love it. 🥰
Hi Nagi,
I would love more vegetarian meals and also lots of egg recipes.
Love from Victoria, Australia
Please suggest make ahead dishes for brunch supper etc.
More of Dozer
Happy New Year
I’d like a recipe for homemade beef sausage
Good Morning Nagi from Adelaide South Australia !
I absolutely LOVE your lemon bars, and am looking for a recipe with the same consistency but with passionfruit.
I would love to know if adapting it would be possible, thanks
Keep sharing those awesome ideas !
Do you have any recipes for pork medallions and without Dijon mustard in them?
I’d also like more slow cooker recipes.
And, of course more Dozer.
Love from Winnipeg, Canada.
I have been trying to make sense of bakers math and baking ratios (yes you guessed Im no math whizz) also I need egg recipes desperately – the hens just started laying an egg a day Im very lucky but 5a day and only 2 people… keep up the good work Nagi big hugs to dozer. Hopefully 2021 will be a better year. Cheers
I would like to see more recipes for appetizers.
Also, slow cooker recipes.
Thank you.
Hi Nagi, Happy New Year! Hope you had a restful time. I absolutely adore your emails, recipes, blog and of course Dozer news. I am all the way in San Francisco and I subscribe to many blogs but I really really love you and your blogs all the way to Sydney Australia! Count me as an ardent follower and I love your recipes, step by step instructions, videos-you make it seem so easy! You make cooking a joy and I keep learning new tips from you! Keep up the good work! I love anything that’s easy to cook. If you can modify a complicated recipe into a simple but tasty one, that would be awesome!
I love hearing about Dozer and seeing his pictures. Definitely more on him as I can’t get enough of Dozer! You two make an amazing team! The love comes across the blogs!
I love the spontaneity of your excellent recipes, and I love Dozer as well. You can’t improve on perfection!! From the other side of the globe, thankyou both immensely!!
Your site is my daily “bible” but I can’t find much on cabbage (Chinese cabbage) and it would lovely to have some more recipes. 😉 thanks!
Hello, Nagi.
I live in Vilnius, Lithuania. And I’ve never been interested in recipe blogs. But I accidentally saw your and was surprised that although we live very far away, but our tastes are very similar – meat, salmon, salad… And at the same time I discovered subtle differences in ingredients, sauces. So, new shades have emerged in my life:).
Thank you so much!
Hi Nagi, I love your website and recipes. (You have posted the only lentil soup recipe my family will eat.) I would like to see more simplified recipes, more crock pot “set and forget” recipes. Due to the pandemic and quarantine, I have been cooking 3 meals a day for several months and could use a break!
Hey
My wife has started the “keto” diet. While some of your recipes are already low carb, it would be great to be able to search for them. Keto could have it’s own category.
Thanks
Love your recipes and especially that “blonde guy” you hang out with. More seafood would be great for me! Health conscious meals with bang up flavor! Air Fryer Recipes because I love mine and always looking for something to try next! Keep doing what you are doing, it’s great.
Hi Nagi,
Since you asked, I would love to see more gluten-free, dairy-free alternatives. There are many cyber recipes but none with the level of taste that you have. The need for “safe” recipes with good texture and flavor has rarely been captured in the research I’ve been doing so far.
Happy New Year Nagi and Dozer, I love your recipes they are a hit with my family, I am partial to real Spanish food that’s what I would love to see more of. Enjoy your year!
Hi Nagi! Thanks for a great blog and recipes that actually work the way they are meant to 🙂
I’d like to see some veg recipes that can stand on their own or as a side to meat.
Also some brown rice recipes, it’s much healthier but I can’t seem to get it right.
Thank you!
In the US we have a love for InstaPots. Do you have them in Oz? I would love some recipes using it!
I would like easy meals and crockpot recipes. I like the idea idea of complete menu. New side dishes are always exciting to me.
Hi Nagi!! & Dozer🐕Would love some Asian soup recipes it’s cold here in North Carolina
