It’s not often we have the luxury of being asked – what do you want?
And while I imagine in many situations, that’s a loaded question for a list of unrealistic demands, in the world of RecipeTin Eats, it is somewhat more viable for me to deliver!
The list of recipe and food related ideas I have is long and never ending. New ideas get added every day, things get scratched off as I try and dismiss them. Only the very best, the ones I deem “blog worthy” (yep, that’s a technical term 😂) make it on my website.
The problem is, the number of blog-worthy dishes is very, very long. And there is only so much ground that one girl and her dog can cover.
Thus, I turn to you to ask –
Tell me what you want for 2021!
Or, what do you not want? You can ask for anything! Here are some ideas:
More greens, less meat
More fish!
Work lunch ideas
More Dozer (🤞🏼!)
Dietary specific recipes – low cal / low carb
Freezer friendly recipes
Complete menus – where I share starter/main/sides/dessert like this Arabian Nights Feast I did many years ago (and still rather popular to this day!)
Slow cooker recipes – the “set and forget” sort
I obviously cannot promise to give you absolutely everything you ask for. But I can promise that I will read every response, and what you say will shape the direction of RecipeTin Eats in 2021.
So, talk to me!! – Nagi x
PS Still taking dish specific requests on this page! This is a perpetual list that I use for inspiration, and sometimes I can provide links to recipes from other sources (if I’ve tried them) so you don’t have to wait for me!
PPS Just one thing I can’t deliver on –

🚫🍌 NO BANANA. The only “normal” food I can’t stand, a childhood hangover from all those years my mother would jam a banana in my lunchbox and there it would sit, festering in the Aussie summer heat (pre cooler-bag days) and the banana smell with infuse into everything in the lunchbox. Ever had a banana infused ham sandwich? Not good, my friends. Not good. 🤢
I find it thoroughly amusing that my mother is the master of bento box lunches but failed to even consider the most basic fundamentals of putting together a sandwich lunchbox.
And thus, I am scarred for life. No bananas!😇 (Blame mum)
Life of Dozer
Launching into 2021, Dozer style:

And PS, wow, what a response to the Interview With Dozer!! Trust Dozer to close out 2020 with the single most commented on post of the year. Stealing my thunder – and I totally love it. 🥰
Your knife post was a life saver Nagi and we now have a lovely set of sharp knives in our kitchen. Any chance you could do the same sort of piece on food processing type equipment? That would be awesome!
A hands on good ol’ cookbook! That I can keep on my counter!
Hi Nagi, I live in Melbourne and you were my life saver with your recipes. They are all delicious and easy to make which is exactly what you want during lockdown. I did buy a slower cooker so I would love more recipes to get my monies worth and yes definitely more of Dozer ❤️ Thanks again Nagi🙏🙏
Happy New Year, Nagi!
I can’t wait for your cookbook, jointly authored with Dozer of course.
In the interim, may we please have more recipes for kids, especially with hidden vegetables?
And pasta recipes. Lots more pasta!
Thanks heaps, Caroline
Hi Nagi!
Thankyou first of all for all the yummy recipes that you supply to me.
Would it be possible to do a list of the best kitchen appliances to purchase?(as you did with the Asian grocery list) Thanks
Happy New Year.
Love you fantastic recipes. Always a joy to open your emails.
Drinks perhaps
P.S. I also hate bananas
Hi Nagi,
I’ve loved your recipes for a long time now and I love easy, fast family meals, instant pot recipes, classic baking…..anything low effort high reward!!
Whenever I need a recipe I always check your website first to see if you have a version because I know it will be the best!!
Hola Nagi, feliz año para ti y el hermoso Dozer.
A mi me encantan tus recetas, me gustaría más vegetarianas y congelados.
I enjoy everything you post, love 💕 the Dozer tails he rocks. Some ‘quickie’ meals perhaps and the full starter to pud menu sounds like a great mix and match challenges for when time allows. Keep up the great work….love it all so far and a big squeeze to the star of the show…Dozer.🐶💕💋
Hi Nagi
More vegan or at least vegetarian recipes would be much appreciated.
Thank you.
Hi Nagi, Great stuff! I would love to hear more about your recent Asia/Vietnam trip – any recipes to share from that?
Nagi
I have just got a Pressure cooker… Any recipes that help me learn how to cook with this device would be great.
Thanks for all you recipes.
Hi Nagi,
I am entertaining my family with your recipes all of the 2020! Would love some low carb recipes – especially desserts or anything at all! Every single of your recipes turned out absolutely beautiful and I can’t wait for more in 2021!
Nagi – your website covers so many areas. Keep up the good work – we all want different things.
As for me, having a Ninja Foodi Multicooker has made life so much easier and your recipes are so informative and adaptable.
Know that when a new recipe pops up on your site it is worth checking out.
Thanks.
Hey Nagi, Half the battle is thinking of something different to make for supper. Your blog truly helps with that! How about a FANCY DRINK, COCKTAIL CATEGORY? That would be fun!! And of course, lots more of you and Dozer!! Cheers!
Hi Nagi, Love your website and recipes! My household bases our weekly meal plans off your website and we love it! I would love more slow cooker meals, low calorie meals and vegetarian options – even if it’s a vego alternative in the ingredients list so we can make it meat or vego. Salads are fantastic so keep these coming! Thank you ! Love to Dozer <3
I love your recipes! I made your sticky chicken for Christmas dinner only with turkey. My daughter went bonkers over it
My problem is my daughter has an allergy for night shades. So try making something without potatoes, potato starch, all peppers, paprika, tomatoes and eggplant. I’ve done it but it’s very challenging.
Hi Nagi Love your recipes. I would like more entertaining recipes to prepare ahead.
We would love to hear more about Dozer of course. I got and instant pot for Christmas and to tell the truth, am very intimidated by it. It does have a slow cooker button so more slow cooker recipes or pressure cooker recipes would be great. All our love to Dozer!
Nagi the breadth of recipes you share with us already is awesome and always prompts me to try something new! Must admit at heart I am still a caveman and love anything on the BBQ – especially fish!
