It’s not often we have the luxury of being asked – what do you want?
And while I imagine in many situations, that’s a loaded question for a list of unrealistic demands, in the world of RecipeTin Eats, it is somewhat more viable for me to deliver!
The list of recipe and food related ideas I have is long and never ending. New ideas get added every day, things get scratched off as I try and dismiss them. Only the very best, the ones I deem “blog worthy” (yep, that’s a technical term 😂) make it on my website.
The problem is, the number of blog-worthy dishes is very, very long. And there is only so much ground that one girl and her dog can cover.
Thus, I turn to you to ask –
Tell me what you want for 2021!
Or, what do you not want? You can ask for anything! Here are some ideas:
More greens, less meat
More fish!
Work lunch ideas
More Dozer (🤞🏼!)
Dietary specific recipes – low cal / low carb
Freezer friendly recipes
Complete menus – where I share starter/main/sides/dessert like this Arabian Nights Feast I did many years ago (and still rather popular to this day!)
Slow cooker recipes – the “set and forget” sort
I obviously cannot promise to give you absolutely everything you ask for. But I can promise that I will read every response, and what you say will shape the direction of RecipeTin Eats in 2021.
So, talk to me!! – Nagi x
PS Still taking dish specific requests on this page! This is a perpetual list that I use for inspiration, and sometimes I can provide links to recipes from other sources (if I’ve tried them) so you don’t have to wait for me!
PPS Just one thing I can’t deliver on –

🚫🍌 NO BANANA. The only “normal” food I can’t stand, a childhood hangover from all those years my mother would jam a banana in my lunchbox and there it would sit, festering in the Aussie summer heat (pre cooler-bag days) and the banana smell with infuse into everything in the lunchbox. Ever had a banana infused ham sandwich? Not good, my friends. Not good. 🤢
I find it thoroughly amusing that my mother is the master of bento box lunches but failed to even consider the most basic fundamentals of putting together a sandwich lunchbox.
And thus, I am scarred for life. No bananas!😇 (Blame mum)
Life of Dozer
Launching into 2021, Dozer style:

And PS, wow, what a response to the Interview With Dozer!! Trust Dozer to close out 2020 with the single most commented on post of the year. Stealing my thunder – and I totally love it. 🥰
Hi Nagi, I am new to your blog but am really inspired by your recipes & take on food. Like many others I am struggling with the “COVID COAT”, recipes for veggie side dishes with lots of oomph but lower in calories would be ideal, thanks.
To be honest I can usually find whatever I’m looking for on your site. It’s my ‘go to’ these days. Maybe a cholesterol lowering selection would be useful. Other than that – love your work and I tell everyone when I get complements “It’s a Nagi recipe!” Love Dozer too, we are a canine family too. Happy New Year!
Hi Nagi, would love some heart healthy recipes, maybe some ideas for above with fish and seafood. Would also love a healthy potato salad recipe. Thanks Helen
always provide recipe to print please or to save in folder. my cat mokka loves your animal photos
I love you, your dog and your recipes! I live in Vancouver, BC, Canada. You are my go to for all recipes. If anything, more japanese! I wish your Mom had a website like yours.
Thank you for your awesome recipes!
Would love some pressure cooker and slow cooker recipes please!
Don’t know if you enjoy baking…..but I would love to see recipes for breads, cakes, muffins, whatever. Have a houseful of people who like baked goods!
Oh yes, I’d love some recipes for breads, too!!
Hi Nagi, love your blog. I would like easy back to work lunch recipes. Keep the pictures of Dozer coming as I love your fur baby.
HI Nagi, Healthy work lunches would be great to see 🙂
thanks!
I too loathe, abhor, hate bananas…childhood phobia. Is it possible to include gluten free particularly in a muffin recipe. Just one, where the ingredients fit a normal size Aussie muffin tin. For years, no, decades, I’ve tried without one single success to make muffins. My attempts are now family legend😚. All your recipes work in my kitchen, thanks. C
I tried many of your recipes. They were good. My son is a lactose intolerance. But he loves cheese. Would you teach me how to make cheese cakes for him?
Would love to see some Keto and or low carb recipes.
Paleo or Whole 30 as well.
me too keto
Hi Nagi, I absolutely love, love, love all your recipes!! I recently got an Instant Pot and would be grateful for some pressure cooker recipes. If anyone can create some fantastic Instant Pot recipes, I know you can! Thanks for all your help in the kitchen – I couldn’t do it without you!
Hi Nagi
Your recipes are my first port of call when looking for a recipe & many are on regular rotation 😍
I like to eat several vegetarian meals each week & your veggie burgers & veg lasagne are a hit with my family. I’m always looking for new vegetarian meals. Thankyou!
Hi Nagi, I love your recipes. My son has just been diagnosed with gluten intolerance. Any chance you could show us some easy gluten free meals? ☺️❤️
You are such a joy Nagi. I absolutely love your recipes and you are my “go to” lady when I am entertaining friends. As for Dozer, say no more! Keep doing what you are doing, you’re a winner!
Hey Nagi, Happy New Year! We love your recipes! So simple and tasty! Thank you! Meal planning for the week would be something I would love help with. Always saying the dreaded ‘what are we going to have for dinner tonight!’ and with ingredients we would have in the pantry and fridge. Also agree with low calorie, less sugar recipes but again we love your site! Thanks again! 🙂
Happy New Year. So pleased you are back I was getting concerned something was amiss with you or your beautiful taste tester..just loved the interview with him for new year. Cheers Sandra
Cobb Salad (American style), plus any liver friendly meals (no gluten / low carbs), dishes with meat and vege incorporated. I love you!
I love your recipes! I would like some vegetarian options that aren’t pasta and ‘make ahead’ dinner party ideas.
