It’s not often we have the luxury of being asked – what do you want?
And while I imagine in many situations, that’s a loaded question for a list of unrealistic demands, in the world of RecipeTin Eats, it is somewhat more viable for me to deliver!
The list of recipe and food related ideas I have is long and never ending. New ideas get added every day, things get scratched off as I try and dismiss them. Only the very best, the ones I deem “blog worthy” (yep, that’s a technical term 😂) make it on my website.
The problem is, the number of blog-worthy dishes is very, very long. And there is only so much ground that one girl and her dog can cover.
Thus, I turn to you to ask –
Tell me what you want for 2021!
Or, what do you not want? You can ask for anything! Here are some ideas:
More greens, less meat
More fish!
Work lunch ideas
More Dozer (🤞🏼!)
Dietary specific recipes – low cal / low carb
Freezer friendly recipes
Complete menus – where I share starter/main/sides/dessert like this Arabian Nights Feast I did many years ago (and still rather popular to this day!)
Slow cooker recipes – the “set and forget” sort
I obviously cannot promise to give you absolutely everything you ask for. But I can promise that I will read every response, and what you say will shape the direction of RecipeTin Eats in 2021.
So, talk to me!! – Nagi x
PS Still taking dish specific requests on this page! This is a perpetual list that I use for inspiration, and sometimes I can provide links to recipes from other sources (if I’ve tried them) so you don’t have to wait for me!
PPS Just one thing I can’t deliver on –

🚫🍌 NO BANANA. The only “normal” food I can’t stand, a childhood hangover from all those years my mother would jam a banana in my lunchbox and there it would sit, festering in the Aussie summer heat (pre cooler-bag days) and the banana smell with infuse into everything in the lunchbox. Ever had a banana infused ham sandwich? Not good, my friends. Not good. 🤢
I find it thoroughly amusing that my mother is the master of bento box lunches but failed to even consider the most basic fundamentals of putting together a sandwich lunchbox.
And thus, I am scarred for life. No bananas!😇 (Blame mum)
Life of Dozer
Launching into 2021, Dozer style:

And PS, wow, what a response to the Interview With Dozer!! Trust Dozer to close out 2020 with the single most commented on post of the year. Stealing my thunder – and I totally love it. 🥰
Dear Nagi, your site is perfect. Just continue in precisely the same vein as you have been doing so far! I am completely hooked!!
Please more one pot recipes! as a student who despises washing up they make my life so easy and happy

Specifically, Charlie sauce to thicken and extend a pretend (why not?) hum bow filling including frozen slow- smoked pork shoulder. Ill try what Ive got, plus some nice Asian inspired veg, meaning diced.
I love messing/working with your splendid and useful recipes knowing I have a solid framework from which to start. That means, use what’s in the freezer, local or in season, fails are on me, success is on you! New medical conditions mean new strategies. That has to be OK.
Such is life, Mom used to say. All good.
Hi Nagi, I have followed many recipes in your blog and I have never failed, thank you very much for that. Your blog is now like my cook book, all of the members in my family loves the meals that have been cooked under your instrucion. My daughter, who is quite picky if I introduce her to a new meal that she has not eaten before, now is enjoying every new dish.
One pot anything recipes please!
Thank you for your delicious recipes I have been cooking more fresh food since I found your IG so just keep doing what you do best. I’m looking for more easy vegetables recipes.
How about Sushi Baked?
I now only have one go to site for recipes and ideas. You are covering all the bases very well. Indonesian/Philippine/Malaysian recipes sound interesting. It’s a good thing Dozer has the pool for exercise. All that food taste testing must take a toll. Keep up the good work Dozer, oops, sorry, you too Nagi.
Hi! I’m my mom and I are fans of you and Dozer. My mom wants to make me more grain free (or something she can make gf) dog treats. P.S. I love pumpkin, cranberries and peanut butter.
Hi! Nagi. I ❤ your recipes. Please include kids recipes & lunchbox ideas. Happy healthy 2021☺
Please share more cookies recipes

Its his growing age so i request you to share more cookies ideas
Hi Nagi ,everything you’ve made have been so great and loved all your recipes . I watch allot of cooking shows ,like Guy Fieri on Diners drive-ins and dives with all those great restaurants and chefs cooking ,makes me droll to see all those wonderful sauces herbs and spices and little secret tricks that makes the food so exceptional with secrets ingredient , To see the way they cook is amazing and inspiring but ,if I tried to copy it ,I really don’t have the timing and the measures of ingredients to do it right .
You are the best at doing that ,so I wonder if its not to much to ask if we could have more of international restaurant copycat from you ,, I am french and I love sauces with almost every meal I make ,it makes a meal come alive I think .
Thank you Nagi
A massive pile of Calamari please Nagi
Would love some Lebanese recipes!!!
Healthy versions of smoothies, milkshakes, Frappuccinos—- (flavors: pumpkin spice, mocha mint, pina colada)
Hi Nagi, we love all your recipes and have a whole list of new dishes from your website to try 🙂 I eat meat, but my husband doesn’t, so perhaps more vegetarian recipes would be great 🙂
More low calorie recipes please! Time to shed that lockdown belly.
I’ve been loving your creamy-without-the-cream vegetable soup. I used it as my diet secret weapon before – had it for lunch every day for 3 months. It helped me lose a ton of weight and it was so delicious!
I’d love to see your take on fish n chips
Love what you do, Nagi! I like your suggestion to compile recipes on a theme….it’s useful to have ideas for dishes that combine well together.
