It’s not often we have the luxury of being asked – what do you want?
And while I imagine in many situations, that’s a loaded question for a list of unrealistic demands, in the world of RecipeTin Eats, it is somewhat more viable for me to deliver!
The list of recipe and food related ideas I have is long and never ending. New ideas get added every day, things get scratched off as I try and dismiss them. Only the very best, the ones I deem “blog worthy” (yep, that’s a technical term 😂) make it on my website.
The problem is, the number of blog-worthy dishes is very, very long. And there is only so much ground that one girl and her dog can cover.
Thus, I turn to you to ask –
Tell me what you want for 2021!
Or, what do you not want? You can ask for anything! Here are some ideas:
More greens, less meat
More fish!
Work lunch ideas
More Dozer (🤞🏼!)
Dietary specific recipes – low cal / low carb
Freezer friendly recipes
Complete menus – where I share starter/main/sides/dessert like this Arabian Nights Feast I did many years ago (and still rather popular to this day!)
Slow cooker recipes – the “set and forget” sort
I obviously cannot promise to give you absolutely everything you ask for. But I can promise that I will read every response, and what you say will shape the direction of RecipeTin Eats in 2021.
So, talk to me!! – Nagi x
PS Still taking dish specific requests on this page! This is a perpetual list that I use for inspiration, and sometimes I can provide links to recipes from other sources (if I’ve tried them) so you don’t have to wait for me!
PPS Just one thing I can’t deliver on –

🚫🍌 NO BANANA. The only “normal” food I can’t stand, a childhood hangover from all those years my mother would jam a banana in my lunchbox and there it would sit, festering in the Aussie summer heat (pre cooler-bag days) and the banana smell with infuse into everything in the lunchbox. Ever had a banana infused ham sandwich? Not good, my friends. Not good. 🤢
I find it thoroughly amusing that my mother is the master of bento box lunches but failed to even consider the most basic fundamentals of putting together a sandwich lunchbox.
And thus, I am scarred for life. No bananas!😇 (Blame mum)
Life of Dozer
Launching into 2021, Dozer style:

And PS, wow, what a response to the Interview With Dozer!! Trust Dozer to close out 2020 with the single most commented on post of the year. Stealing my thunder – and I totally love it. 🥰
An assortment of (sweet and savoury) recipes using a food processor. (Time Saver!) 😊
Hi Nagi, Sorry for this late comment. First of all, a big, huge thank you to you and your website. I have never, during 3 London lockdowns lost the plot or my nerves with planing meal and feeding the family. Request: we like middle east recipes (gozlemes are a favorite here) so anything healthy using olive oil and stuff (with meat) are welcome. I myself like Indian soups that combine max of vegetables and spices (winter here…). A big hug to you and Dozer. Veronique
Please can you provide more salad recipes
Hi Carolyn, I have a stack on my website – start here: https://promotown.info/category/salad-recipes-main-course/%3C/a%3E And here: https://promotown.info/category/show-off-salads/%3C/a%3E N x
Nagi, I have searched for years for a truly delicious Coney Island Sauce ( for hot dogs). I know if anyone could pull this off it would be you. Your recipes never disappoint & truly are always the best. I have tried many other recipe sites and since I found yours I don’t waste my time searching others any longer. AND reading the Adventures of Dozer is a true bonus! ❤
Hi Nagi! I’ve been following your blog for several years! You are such a gifted chef. I’d love to see more veggie and fish options from cultures around the world. Your dal and curry dishes are incredible. I’d love to see more things like that! I had an Ethiopian dal the other day! Thanks for sharing your passion and expertise with all of us! We are so lucky to learn from you!
I love, love LOVE your recipes, Nagi! How about recipes for 2? Or even for singles? My husband and I are empty nesters now, and no matter how delicious things are, he won’t eat them more than twice for dinner. (he will eat it for a lunch in between) Most recipes are for 4+ people.
Hi Cheryl, all my recipes are scalable, click the servings and scale down to how many serves you need. All the ingredients will adjust for you 🙂 N x
The custard tart that fell to the ground that you teased Dozer with, Nagi! I have been looking for a tart recipe with custard where the creme is softer and white creamy not yellow custard that is too solid. Thanks!!
It’s on the cards Xen!! N x
Looking for a recipe for a foolproof spanakopita 😉
Yes it’s on my list Allie!!! Stay tuned! N x
Please Nagi I’d love you to offer some Air fryer recipes and tips as I received an air fryer for Christmas, lemon meringue pie, Florentine biscuits, old fashion plum pudding, cabbage rolls. Thank you for offering this platform so we can share our requests x
Could you do a lemon version of the self saucing chocolate pudding, please

Hi Nagi, love your recipes!
The one thing I’d like to see is more low sugar, low carb recipes for diabetic eaters.
Hi Nagi,
Firstly I have to say you absolutely rock! I love your recipes and have given many a fair crack.
I’m looking for Miso sauce and would like to hear from you what you deem to be the best brand/s.
Hi Nagi,
Slow cooker recipes would be great. I know there are a lot of slow cooker blogs but can’t beat your taste 🙂.
I am looking for an easy noodle, veggie soup made with beef froth. I’m thinking bok choy, carrots, broccoli, cabbage, muchrooms. No eggs or tofu. Thanks.
Your cooking is do very much like mine but much more efficient. There are dishes I love but do not cook and you have opened them up to me. I am excited to cook your recipies! Thank you sooo much.
I’d like more dessert and also more bread and i know you’ve already got a great flatbread but i would love To see an actual naan recipe.

Hi Nagi,
Just got myself a steam convection toaster oven and would love to see steam, veggies high carb low fat dishes! I know high carb no one asks for but whole natural carbs like potatoes, corn, brown rice, quinoa not the process stuff.
I’m bored with what I’m making and would love to see what you come up with.
Loved your lentil curry recipe!
