More to come! Lots, lots, lots more…. – Nagi x
Request a recipe!
I spend an inordinate amount of time deciding which recipes to share.
My biggest problem is that there are so many recipes I want to share, things that get me doing the jiggy because it’s so good but then before I dash off to film and photograph the recipe, I pause and think – will my readers get excited about this too?? Will they really go and try this?
It’s always interesting when I publish a new recipe to see how many people read it. After 4 years of blogging (that’s middle aged in Internet terms!), you’d think I’d be able to get it right 100% of the time.
And mostly, I can.
I knew you’d love the Sticky Honey Mustard Drumsticks and go bonkers over the Pad Thai and Tikka Masala. I didn’t expect you’d be clamouring for the Quiche Lorraine or Avocado Dip, and I guessed right. 🙂
But other times, you surprise me! I did not expect such an amazing response to the Homemade Pastrami from last Friday, nor that the Garlic Butter Kale Rice would become such a firm favourite!
And after all those hours of contemplating what recipes I think you want, it finally dawned on me: Why don’t I ask you??
DUH!
And so, here we are. Finally – because it took me so ridiculously to arrive at this point – FINALLY I’m asking you:
WHAT RECIPES DO YOU WANT ME TO SHARE?
Drop your requests in the comments section below!
Be as specific or as general as you want. I just ask 2 simple things:
-
Please do a quick little Search to see if I’ve already shared it!
-
No banana anything! It’s the only normal thing I can’t stand. Awful, smelly, slimy things that they are!?

I obviously can’t promise that I’ll share every recipe requested, being that I’m just one person who does need to sleep on occasion! But I’ll certainly share the most requested ones, and I’ll regularly pop back here when I’m planning my recipe calendar.
LIFE OF DOZER
Hairdresser appointments are always extremely productive – I get my highlights and make recipe videos. Dozer gets his pats.
I would like to learn how to make a French apple ir pear pie with almond frangipane. I have tried a couple of recipes, but none of them was good. It is such an elegant dessert.
Sounds divine Andrea!
A Chinese/ Asian lamb recipe please?
Great idea!
Hi Nagi, I love your receipts and have recommended you too so many people. I have a few family members who are now vegetarian. I would love a vegetarian version of the meatloaf you posted the other day also if you could come up with a vegetarian version of Kofta from your middle eastern feast recipe I would be very grateful. I am so happy I stumbled across your website a few years ago. Every thing I have made has been delicious.
I may have to do some experimenting with plant based protein Helen! – N X
Would love a rice pudding recipe – we know you love rice!!
Great idea Emma!
I would love to learn a good moo shu pork recipe. I’ve tried some on line and they are never right. I’ll keep my fingers crossed!
Ohh Yum!
Dear Nagi. I have always wanted to learn how to make a lemon meringue pie – its my favourite dessert. Would absolutely love you if you published a recipe for this xxx
Nagi! Your food is always delicious! I’d love to see your take on Xio long bao and a dipping sauce for it? I tried to make them myself but they came out mediocre. Thank you!
YUM! Great idea!
I can’t stop making your butterscotch self saucing pudding. I love lemon flavoured anything and a recipe of yours for a lemon self saucing pudding would be the end of any self control I may have 🤤
Sounds delicious Jlemoine!
I would love to see your take on a saffron seafood risotto. I had this dish at a restaurant which had small shrimp and clams with peas and topped off with a small seared piece of salmon. It was out of this world and my attempts to make saffron risotto but failed miserably. This was not a tomato-based risotto and clearly had seafood broth as well as the saffron in the rice. I love your website! I just stumbled across it two days ago and there must be at least 40 dishes I can’t wait to make and I haven’t even gone through the first 20 pages of recipes!! You rock, girl!!
Thanks, Nagi! I will look forward to that and your future postings. I just signed up for your email list!
Oooh that sounds amazing! So it was a pale yellow colour?? With risotto, it really does just come down to using a great stock and finishing with a good wack of butter. That’s the secret that makes restaurant risottos so amazing. So if you make a homemade seafood, fish or shrimp stock and use that to make the risotto, I guarantee it will blow your mind how similar it tastes to restaurants! 🙂 N x PS and yep, added this to request list!!
I would love to have a restaurant quality Crab Rangoon recipe published!
Yum!
I searched for kimchi but couldn’t find a recipe. Is it something you could do? I really like your subs and understanding that some ingredients may not be available to us. Would love a recipe from you. Xx

Hi Nagi,
I can’t thank you enough for all your amazing recipes I especially love the videos your work is really brilliant and your my go to for recipes. Today I was searching for pizza recipes and of course come to your blog. I love the idea of topping the Greek Pita breads and I will for sure try it but I would really love an easy homemade pizza dough. And tips for freezing it with toppings would be a bonus.
Many thanks.

Hi Nagi,
I died laughing about the banana comment. I feel the exact same way and do not even like the smell of them. I refuse to make anything or eat anything with banana!

Hey Nagi, we had a beautiful dish of deep fried crumbed parsnip chips(quite long pieces)… was too embarrased to ask for the recipe- any hints on how Nagi the wonder-cook would make these? Thanks 🙂
