Request a recipe!
I spend an inordinate amount of time deciding which recipes to share.
My biggest problem is that there are so many recipes I want to share, things that get me doing the jiggy because it’s so good but then before I dash off to film and photograph the recipe, I pause and think – will my readers get excited about this too?? Will they really go and try this?
It’s always interesting when I publish a new recipe to see how many people read it. After 4 years of blogging (that’s middle aged in Internet terms!), you’d think I’d be able to get it right 100% of the time.
And mostly, I can.
I knew you’d love the Sticky Honey Mustard Drumsticks and go bonkers over the Pad Thai and Tikka Masala. I didn’t expect you’d be clamouring for the Quiche Lorraine or Avocado Dip, and I guessed right. 🙂
But other times, you surprise me! I did not expect such an amazing response to the Homemade Pastrami from last Friday, nor that the Garlic Butter Kale Rice would become such a firm favourite!
And after all those hours of contemplating what recipes I think you want, it finally dawned on me: Why don’t I ask you??
DUH!
And so, here we are. Finally – because it took me so ridiculously to arrive at this point – FINALLY I’m asking you:
WHAT RECIPES DO YOU WANT ME TO SHARE?
Drop your requests in the comments section below!
Be as specific or as general as you want. I just ask 2 simple things:
-
Please do a quick little Search to see if I’ve already shared it!
-
No banana anything! It’s the only normal thing I can’t stand. Awful, smelly, slimy things that they are!?
{UPDATE: Scroll to the top for a list of requested recipes that I have published!}
I obviously can’t promise that I’ll share every recipe requested, being that I’m just one person who does need to sleep on occasion! But I’ll certainly share the most requested ones, and I’ll regularly pop back here when I’m planning my recipe calendar.
LIFE OF DOZER
Hairdresser appointments are always extremely productive – I get my highlights and make recipe videos. Dozer gets his pats.
sourdough bread including sourdough starter please Nagi! 🙂 I would love a recipe for this in your clear, easy-to-understand and friendly writing.
Really?? I thought everyone might be breaded out by now! 😂 Do you really want to know how to make a starter??
Would love a recipe (and video) for bagels!
It’s been defying me! I am yet to find / create one for truly great bagels – always too hard / dries out within 24 hrs!! 🙁
I would love a retro curried prawns and rice recipe, my mum used to make one back in the day and it was delish.
OMG I think it’s been 20 years since I’ve had it!!! Memories! Will have to see if I can dig one up then make it my own. Women’s Weekly, here I come! N x
Yorkshire Pudding – have never been able to nail this one so hopefully can with your help 🙂
That is currently HIGH on my list! I want to do a full English roast beef spread – including yorkies!
Yes Nagi I agree please do this 😍
Salt and pepper prawns / calamari
This has been a RTE Family Target for 2 years now! We’ve never been happy 🙂 Do you want rings or diamonds with scoring? Full batter or the light “dusting” type coating?? We’ve been aiming for the latter (light coating, not a full batter like onion rings) and it’s proving to be a challenge to make truly crispy. N x
KFC zinger burger copycat recipe! Would be awesome! Xx
This has been put high on our list! The Fried Chicken recipe is a dead ringer for KFC chicken so just need to add the spice 🙂 N x
Portuguese Egg Tarts would be lovely!
I second Portugese Tarts please
Yes! I will do this for sure, I have one, I have been meaning to share for ages 🙂 N x
YUM!!!! N x
A chilli jam rice with chicken thanks Nagi! We use to buy one at a Thai place in Newcastle called Pochana but they closed down!! 🙁
Requires a lot of funky Asian ingredients!! You sure you’re up for it? 🙂 N x
Would love to see a recipe for a yellow curry
Please could you give me a ratatouille recipe. My lovely step mother used to make it for me as a child and I really miss it
YES! This has been put high on my list, I’ve been meaning to share the recipe for ages! N x

Black rice pudding recipe
That’s been on my list for years!! An on going WIP 🙂 N x
Had this wonderful dill pasta at a place and I ran here to see if you had a similar recipe (because if I can trust anybody to provide an even better recipe it’ll of course be you).
So this is a humble request for a Dill Pasta recipe. It’s probably not a popular request so I’m not sure about my chances of you making it but it’s worth a try. Thanks Nagi for all your good work ❤️
Hi Luce! Was it a creamy one or tomato one? I had a magnificent creamy salmon dill pasta at a restaurant which was to die for which I replicated at home. I’ve also made lemon dill pasta as a side dish which was also lovely! N x
Hey Nagi! It was a creamy one but not heavily so. So good!! Is the lemon dill pasta recipe on the site? Would love to try that as well. Making my way through the recipes on the site, one recipe at a time. Thank you for making them so easy ❤️
Hi Luce! No dill pasta on my website at this stage 🙂 What about a creamy lemon dill salmon pasta? The lemon cuts through the cream so it’s not super rich like most creamy pastas. That could be a good one to share! Then if you want it as a plain side you could just skip the salmon. 🙂 N x
That sounds amazing. I’ll be looking forward to it if you ever get around to it. Thank you so much for considering it. You’re awesome sauce 💕.
Hi Nagi,
Thanks so much for all the great recipes! I am sharing the ones I’ve tried (getting to be quite a long list) with my co-workers and they are really enjoying them as well. They’re too nervous to do the first attempt – I guess that makes me the brave one :). Is there any chance you have a recipe for Vietnamese garlic noodles? I’ve been looking for one that is a little drier than some of the ones that I’ve seen online with a little extra char on the noodles.
Thanks again for all the work on these recipes!
Adrienne
Sounds delicious Adrienne, I don’t have a recipe but I’ll add it to the list! N x
Hey Nagi, would love a parmigiana di melanzane recipe!
YUM! Love this idea! N x
Hi Nagi! would love your version of Apricot Chicken, Tuna patties or generally recipes made on a tight budget 🙂
PS Haylie, have you seen salmon pattie? 🙂 Same recipe works perfectly with Tuna. -> N x https://promotown.info/salmon-patties/%3C/a%3E%3C/p%3E
Yum! One to put on the list 🙂 N x
Thanks Nagi! Will definately give your salmon patties recipe a go using tuna ☺
japchae/korean glass noodles would be fantastic!
Would love to have the recipe for your flourless orange cake, please.
Yum! Love this idea Mae! N x
Hi Nagi, first off thank you for all the awesome recipes and instructions. Even for as long as I’ve been cooking it is still important to have good instructions. I just got an air fryer and am looking for an alternative to baked Tofu, actually a better, crispy tofu with a better sauce. Your sauces are out of this world favorites with the family. I’m thankful for your website and recipes. Love seeing Dozer each time I visit.😀
Yes I do have tofu on my list of recipes!!
Hi Nagi,
All your recipes have always been tasty and impressive for me. With perfectly written directions.
I was wondering if you could do a harissa chicken or harissa anything, maybe just make the spice blend up?
I have the spice jar and I came here to look for a recipe couldn’t find one of yours.
I did one from a random find on goggle called LEMON HARISSA CHICKEN by tasteandsee. It was fine but not brilliant and the recipe was not anywhere, near as well done as yours. Plus my husband found it to hot (because he’s a big baby with chilli).
The recipe I followed was okI’d love to see what you would do with it.
xx Fi
So funny you mention Harissa, my neighbour gave me a jar of freshly made and I was using it for days!! Chicken, eggplant halves and SOUP. I used it in my Middle Eastern Chickpea Lamb Soup! I have put Harissa on my list 🙂 N x
