More to come! Lots, lots, lots more…. – Nagi x
Request a recipe!
I spend an inordinate amount of time deciding which recipes to share.
My biggest problem is that there are so many recipes I want to share, things that get me doing the jiggy because it’s so good but then before I dash off to film and photograph the recipe, I pause and think – will my readers get excited about this too?? Will they really go and try this?
It’s always interesting when I publish a new recipe to see how many people read it. After 4 years of blogging (that’s middle aged in Internet terms!), you’d think I’d be able to get it right 100% of the time.
And mostly, I can.
I knew you’d love the Sticky Honey Mustard Drumsticks and go bonkers over the Pad Thai and Tikka Masala. I didn’t expect you’d be clamouring for the Quiche Lorraine or Avocado Dip, and I guessed right. 🙂
But other times, you surprise me! I did not expect such an amazing response to the Homemade Pastrami from last Friday, nor that the Garlic Butter Kale Rice would become such a firm favourite!
And after all those hours of contemplating what recipes I think you want, it finally dawned on me: Why don’t I ask you??
DUH!
And so, here we are. Finally – because it took me so ridiculously to arrive at this point – FINALLY I’m asking you:
WHAT RECIPES DO YOU WANT ME TO SHARE?
Drop your requests in the comments section below!
Be as specific or as general as you want. I just ask 2 simple things:
-
Please do a quick little Search to see if I’ve already shared it!
-
No banana anything! It’s the only normal thing I can’t stand. Awful, smelly, slimy things that they are!?
{UPDATE: Scroll to the top for a list of requested recipes that I have published!}
I obviously can’t promise that I’ll share every recipe requested, being that I’m just one person who does need to sleep on occasion! But I’ll certainly share the most requested ones, and I’ll regularly pop back here when I’m planning my recipe calendar.
LIFE OF DOZER
Hairdresser appointments are always extremely productive – I get my highlights and make recipe videos. Dozer gets his pats.
Would love a great vegetable pie with cheesy sauce recipe 🙂
Yum! I love this idea Nicole! N x
Hi Nagi, I love all your recipes. They are super yummy! I would love to see your take on chile rellenos. It’s one of my favorite traditional Mexican dishes, but I find it quite challenging to make. Your expertise would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Nagi. I am from Victoria and wondered if you have a recipe for cooking crunchy hot chips in the deep fryer?
One to add to my list Kim! N x
Hi Nagi, We have been doing a country-themed dinner each Sunday during Victoria’s second lockdown. The kids pick a country and look for recipes – lots of fun!
We have made loads of your dishes in addition to our usual Nagi rotations, including shawarma, enchiladas, profiteroles and baklava (who knew that was so easy!!). I would really love to add a custard tart to the selection – homemade custard and pastry. My mum used to buy the shell and pour in instant custard, but I’d love to make the real deal. Your recipes are so fab with the pics, steps and videos, so I know we could succeed if you created one! Thanks for your website and keep up the great work!
So funny you asked…. I have a Portuguese tart coming in the next few weeks! 🙂 I have a chocolate pie on my website that is a chocolate flavoured custard tart… it is so so good! N x
That’s fantastic Nagi – thank you! Looking forward to trying the portuguese tart. That chocolate pie looks amazing, but that might just tip the iso-belly over the edge! 😉
Hi Nagi, I posted on the Victorian thread you had and didn’t realise you had one for recipe submissions! Have you got a Taiwanese beef noodle soup recipe up your sleeve? The other recipes I’ve seen online are long and very daunting!
One to add to the list Linh!! N x
Hello Nagi. If possible could you come up with a recipe for Malai Kofta please. I know you’re busy though but I trust your recipes and how easy you make them all. I truly love your recipes I’ve told everyone about you. Right back at you with bananas! You are an amazing human being. I’m a dog lover too from way back and I giggle when you share stories of Dozer. He is lucky to have you. Jo
Hi Nagi,
Hope you are doing well.
I would love it if you could share with us your take on Hokkaido Milk Bread (loaf or rolls).
Every time I hear about a new dish I come straight to your website to check if you have a recipe for it. I just grew to enjoy your take on food.
Thank you for being such an inspiration.
Best wishes,
Hi Nagi,

Hi Nagi! I’m not sure how popular this would be but I’ve been searching everywhere for a great Pumpkin Scone recipe… I absolutely love them! much appreciated x
Salt and pepper pork chop / spare ribs would be great. Three hour round trip to my local Chinese restaurant means it doesn’t happen much. Thankfully you have ticked most of my other Chinese favorites, especially the Char Siu Pork.
YUM! Sounds like my kind of dish! N x
Hi Nagi – would love a recipe for good and easy Japchae (Korean sweet potato glass noodles) ☺️
Thanks!
Yum!! N x
Gluten free recipes especially for Bechamel, white sauces, wraps, bread and desserts. Thanks xx
Hi Tina, to make a gluten free Bechamel, use this recipe here: https://promotown.info/lasagna/%3C/a%3E sub the plain flour for 1/4 cup corn flour. You can generally sub out the plain flour in sauces for half the amount of cornflour to make it gluten free. I’ll have to test some breads! See my Gluten Free section here: https://promotown.info/category/dietary/gluten-free-recipes/%3C/a%3E%3C/p%3E
