More to come! Lots, lots, lots more…. – Nagi x
Request a recipe!
I spend an inordinate amount of time deciding which recipes to share.
My biggest problem is that there are so many recipes I want to share, things that get me doing the jiggy because it’s so good but then before I dash off to film and photograph the recipe, I pause and think – will my readers get excited about this too?? Will they really go and try this?
It’s always interesting when I publish a new recipe to see how many people read it. After 4 years of blogging (that’s middle aged in Internet terms!), you’d think I’d be able to get it right 100% of the time.
And mostly, I can.
I knew you’d love the Sticky Honey Mustard Drumsticks and go bonkers over the Pad Thai and Tikka Masala. I didn’t expect you’d be clamouring for the Quiche Lorraine or Avocado Dip, and I guessed right. 🙂
But other times, you surprise me! I did not expect such an amazing response to the Homemade Pastrami from last Friday, nor that the Garlic Butter Kale Rice would become such a firm favourite!
And after all those hours of contemplating what recipes I think you want, it finally dawned on me: Why don’t I ask you??
DUH!
And so, here we are. Finally – because it took me so ridiculously to arrive at this point – FINALLY I’m asking you:
WHAT RECIPES DO YOU WANT ME TO SHARE?
Drop your requests in the comments section below!
Be as specific or as general as you want. I just ask 2 simple things:
-
Please do a quick little Search to see if I’ve already shared it!
-
No banana anything! It’s the only normal thing I can’t stand. Awful, smelly, slimy things that they are!?

I obviously can’t promise that I’ll share every recipe requested, being that I’m just one person who does need to sleep on occasion! But I’ll certainly share the most requested ones, and I’ll regularly pop back here when I’m planning my recipe calendar.
LIFE OF DOZER
Hairdresser appointments are always extremely productive – I get my highlights and make recipe videos. Dozer gets his pats.
Hi Nagi,
Hoping you have a foolproof recipe for making Croissants.
Hong Kong Curry Fish Balls would be amazing!
Oxtail recipes please!
More recipes that can be interchangeable meat wise. Mum doesn’t eat chicken, so we need recipes that can be subbed with pork but still work as if it were chicken…does that make sense?!?
A traditional South African meal, Bunny Chow (no rabbits harmed in the making). A delicious curry type meal (with or without meat of choice) served in crusty bread!
I’d love a recipe for goulash
Banana cake
Muesli bars or any other healthy lunchbox snacks nut free preferably or any healthy slices
Hi Nagi!
Aware of the fact that you are a Sydney girl I simply have to ask if you have ever made your way to Amigos in Wollongong!
My family and I have been going there forever and have been trying to copy their ‘Fiesta Chicken’ (spicy creamy chicken) the whole time. We have not been able to ever perfect it. I’m sure you could copy it in seconds!
Please if you ever come to Wollongong try the Fiesta chicken at Amigos and give us a copy cat recipe!
This!!! LOVE Amigos 🙂
I would love a recipe for a Hawaiian pizza roll (my kids favourite) and any other savoury items for kids school lunchboxes please. Love all your recipes
Can we please have more risottos pleaseeeeeeee
a delicious fluffy waffle recipe please
I would love a recipe for Chinese take away style curry with any protein. I love your recipes and love cooking them for my mum when she visits. Her favourite Chinese takeout dish is curry prawns
I would love to try croissants, they seem involved but I’m prepared to give it a go if I know the recipe works. A cheats croissant (well at the moment that’s buying them😀) would also be acceptable, I tried one front online involving buttering discs of buttery big them I bit was then rolling abd forming into the shape and rising for a couple of hours then baking they were nice but I wouldn’t consider them croissants but perhaps my technique was off. I know you can make the dough and leave it overnight and just take 2 ir 3days rolling in butter and resting but I admit I’d hate to do all that work and nit have tge desired product. Also ut would be goid to know if the recipe coukd be safely doubled. If course I have thought uf it’s too kych trouble fir me then it may well be too much bother fir you😃. But I’d be very interested to see your recipe if you had tge interest . Give Dozer a big pat please xxx
Can you please write a recipe for prawn cocktail? Thanks! ❤️
Hey Nagi, would love some of the old classics e.g. fluffy parsnip dish, hassellback Pumpkin, yorkshire puddings and different filling options, like mushroom sauce. Thanks.
Can you please make a Nagi version of Oaty ginger crunch slice?
And triple ginger biscuits?
All in one chow mein with rice.
I’d love a South African Malva Pudding recipe. Thanks!
Cheese fondue 🙂
RecipeTin I lost a baklava cake recipe that was amazing -a buttery cake with a baklava nut topping with cinnamon I think and a bit of citrus zest ? I think? and then soaked with warm maple syrup before serving with a dollop of double cream -can you work your magic on this one?
