More to come! Lots, lots, lots more…. – Nagi x
Request a recipe!
I spend an inordinate amount of time deciding which recipes to share.
My biggest problem is that there are so many recipes I want to share, things that get me doing the jiggy because it’s so good but then before I dash off to film and photograph the recipe, I pause and think – will my readers get excited about this too?? Will they really go and try this?
It’s always interesting when I publish a new recipe to see how many people read it. After 4 years of blogging (that’s middle aged in Internet terms!), you’d think I’d be able to get it right 100% of the time.
And mostly, I can.
I knew you’d love the Sticky Honey Mustard Drumsticks and go bonkers over the Pad Thai and Tikka Masala. I didn’t expect you’d be clamouring for the Quiche Lorraine or Avocado Dip, and I guessed right. 🙂
But other times, you surprise me! I did not expect such an amazing response to the Homemade Pastrami from last Friday, nor that the Garlic Butter Kale Rice would become such a firm favourite!
And after all those hours of contemplating what recipes I think you want, it finally dawned on me: Why don’t I ask you??
DUH!
And so, here we are. Finally – because it took me so ridiculously to arrive at this point – FINALLY I’m asking you:
WHAT RECIPES DO YOU WANT ME TO SHARE?
Drop your requests in the comments section below!
Be as specific or as general as you want. I just ask 2 simple things:
-
Please do a quick little Search to see if I’ve already shared it!
-
No banana anything! It’s the only normal thing I can’t stand. Awful, smelly, slimy things that they are!?

I obviously can’t promise that I’ll share every recipe requested, being that I’m just one person who does need to sleep on occasion! But I’ll certainly share the most requested ones, and I’ll regularly pop back here when I’m planning my recipe calendar.
LIFE OF DOZER
Hairdresser appointments are always extremely productive – I get my highlights and make recipe videos. Dozer gets his pats.
White Christmas recipe please!!
Hi, I struggle to cook for a crowd. I would love to see some receipes to help take the stress out of cooking big batches or converting receipes.
Hi Nagi, love your site and love your recipes! So great to have foolproof Australian recipes to rely on. I’m curious though, do you not like bananas? No banana cake or banana muffins! Now I have to go find those recipes somewhere else… and run the risk of them failing! 😉
Absolutely love your recipes! I would love a recipe for porchetta. So many variations out there but I think you could have the perfect one. I would prefer to be able to make it without fennel for my non-fennel loving family. Thanks!
I would love to see your take on old fashioned corned beef and white sauce. Was a family favourite and so tender and fall apart when done in the pressure cooker. I’ve tried it in a slow cooker because a pressure cooker intimidates me lol, but think the recipe could do with the Nagi touch
I love your website and the insanely diverse, big taste-y, recipes I always seem to find here. Plus I’m a vegetarian, and you do offer a decently fair share of food stuffs to us, – thank you!- I especially love your eggplant recipes, like pasta ala Norma, there was some kind of curry with eggplant at one point that was awesome, Etc. I actually don’t have any specific requests but I would love to see more recipes featuring broccoli, tempeh or jackfruit- or maybe two of these together? Oh now that I think of it, there is one recipe I’d love to see of yours, a middle eastern side dish, Lebanese green beans- also known as Loubieh b’zeit- that’s probably their best kept secret! A humble looking but amazingly big flavored side dish! Would love to see your take on it! Thanks a lot for asking us.
Chicken jalfrezi!!
Hi Nagi, thank you for your wonderful site and cookbook. I’ve just returned from Japan and would love to learn how to master okonomiyaki – any style! Thank you.
Would love to see a recipe for a good pub style salt and pepper calamari!
Years ago we used to go to Yum Cha in Darwin and the restaurant had 2 dishes with pan fried Asian eggplant topped with silken tofu and either brown or black bean sauce. It was fantastic and that is saying something because I was not a fan of either eggplant or tofu until I had tasted this. The eggplant was cooked till you could pull it apart with a fork.
Unfortunately, I have not seen a recipe for this anywhere
Hi Nagi, I would love a recipe for beef meat paste please, sort of like pate but made with beef. To put on toast, crackers and in sandwiches. Thanks for your generosity with your recipes.
Hi Nagi
Love your website! I got my FIL your book and he loves it too.
I would love to see “Battenballen” which me and my wife loved eating in Netherlands. Thanks!
Hi Nagi!
Congratulations on your new cookbook! I bought one for myself and for my BFF! We love it!!
Can you come up with a good recipe for Hot chicken sandwich or hot chicken bites? I’m seeing this at many restaurants these days…would love to learn to make it!
Thanks,
Nathasha from Toronto,

Do you have an easy croissant recipie?
Two recipe requests from me: Vanilla Slice and croissants please!
There is a South American cake shop in Melbourne called Marciano’s Cakes that does the most amazing sponge cakes (called La Rica on their menu)….I believe it’s very similar to a Tres Leches cake. Would love to learn how to make Tres Leches!
mulled wine please!
Wondering if you could do a copycat of the Hello Fresh creamy pesto dressing! It’s incorporated in a lot of their meals. I’d love to be able to create this myself at any time without having to order the meal kits.
