More to come! Lots, lots, lots more…. – Nagi x
Request a recipe!
I spend an inordinate amount of time deciding which recipes to share.
My biggest problem is that there are so many recipes I want to share, things that get me doing the jiggy because it’s so good but then before I dash off to film and photograph the recipe, I pause and think – will my readers get excited about this too?? Will they really go and try this?
It’s always interesting when I publish a new recipe to see how many people read it. After 4 years of blogging (that’s middle aged in Internet terms!), you’d think I’d be able to get it right 100% of the time.
And mostly, I can.
I knew you’d love the Sticky Honey Mustard Drumsticks and go bonkers over the Pad Thai and Tikka Masala. I didn’t expect you’d be clamouring for the Quiche Lorraine or Avocado Dip, and I guessed right. 🙂
But other times, you surprise me! I did not expect such an amazing response to the Homemade Pastrami from last Friday, nor that the Garlic Butter Kale Rice would become such a firm favourite!
And after all those hours of contemplating what recipes I think you want, it finally dawned on me: Why don’t I ask you??
DUH!
And so, here we are. Finally – because it took me so ridiculously to arrive at this point – FINALLY I’m asking you:
WHAT RECIPES DO YOU WANT ME TO SHARE?
Drop your requests in the comments section below!
Be as specific or as general as you want. I just ask 2 simple things:
-
Please do a quick little Search to see if I’ve already shared it!
-
No banana anything! It’s the only normal thing I can’t stand. Awful, smelly, slimy things that they are!?

I obviously can’t promise that I’ll share every recipe requested, being that I’m just one person who does need to sleep on occasion! But I’ll certainly share the most requested ones, and I’ll regularly pop back here when I’m planning my recipe calendar.
LIFE OF DOZER
Hairdresser appointments are always extremely productive – I get my highlights and make recipe videos. Dozer gets his pats.
I’d love a recipe for Beef Braciole or Involtini.
Homemade chicken nuggets please! Preferably baked or in the air fryer 🙏
Apple beignets please!
Savoury mince
Hi Nagi, would love an amazing, easy sushi bake with real fish/seafood, not crab in a can! Have seen some but can’t ever beat your take (and Dozer’s) on things, thanks 🙂
A recipe for a vegetarian “Bean Bake”. They’re meant to be an easy, one pot bung in the oven deal.
We are trying to eat a few vegetarian based meals every week and I think if anyone could make these tasty, you could!
Hi Nagi! Love all of your recipes! Have gone from a massive cookbook collection to pretty much only cooking Recipetin Eats.
One of our favourite cakes that I have never been brave enough to try is the Tres Leches cake…a Latin American 3 milk cake….so yummy!! i know if you came out with a recipe we would definitely have to try making it. Thank you! 🙏
Hi Nagi would love a lentil burger patty or lentil tacos. Looking to add a few more meat free meals to the rotation.
Would love a pandan chiffon or buko pandan cake recipe
Hi Nagi . I hope you are well. I am so grateful for all your recipes. Thank you so much ! Truely !
It feels obnoxious asking but would you please consider a recipe for zuchini flowers? Also I remember you once had in your story some raw tuna on roast with a mayo that had anchovies in it ( I think ) and you asked if anyone wanted the recipe. I have been thinking of that and craving it since. Any way thank you regardless x
I’d love to see a recipe for coffee and walnut cake, please Nagi
Beef in Black Bean Stir Fry please!
Do you know how to make insanely yummy seasonal vegetables like they make at Topolino’s in St Kilda? Especially the vegan version (no butter or cream)
Croissants please!!
Hello Nagi & Dozer & Team 🙂
So I absolutely love the pan fried dumplings at NEW Shanghai in Chatswood!
What are the chances you could help us with a recipe for creating the dough, filling & most importantly how on earth to cook them to perfection?
I am currently trialling out a recipe by myself, after using the store bought wrappers last night which was awesome ( also made a crispy skirt ) … but I really want the crunchy juicy chewiness of the New Shanghai dumplings which I can NEVER get enough of
Thanks a mill x Jani
Not a specific recipe, but a new recipe category please!
“Lunchbox hits”
Your recipes are always a winner in our house, but my biggest problem is deciding what to pack in school lunches (generally left overs), but having a category of “stuff that travels well’ish” would seriously make this single mums life so much easier.
🙂
I’d love a salsa that I can bottle to use all year, not a fresh side dish but one to make nachos etc with. Thanks!
Banana bread / banana cake pleaseeee
Hi Nagi. I’ve spent a lifetime looking for a recipe for a Cantonese dish known to me as “Singing Chicken Hotpot.” It was common on Chinese menus in Canada but perhaps it has a different name elsewhere, hence my inability to source it. It is a bone-in chicken stew (whole chicken chopped in bite-sized pieces) with few other vegetables than onions and green onions, garlic and coins of gingerroot in a very rich, dark golden sauce delivered to the table screaming hot and bubbling (hence the name “singing”.) I make a version at home that is good, but not quite the original. If you know the authentic recipe, I would love to see it. Thanks for all of your hard work and amazing recipes. And scritches behind the ear to Dozer. Cheers!
KFC popcorn chicken please
Hi Helena,
You can use Nagi’s fried chicken recipe for this. Just cut your chicken breast into small chunks and use the same batter breading recipe. Cook for a couple of minutes and it will be fine. I use chicken thighs instead as they are more forgiving (don’t dry out). Good luck!
Hi, every time I go on a road trip to Bathurst for the car racing, I have to admit, I love an old chiko roll from the truck stop servo.
It’s usually a disappointment but I can’t help it, I just love them!
I always promise myself I’m going to make my own… so, here I am!
Please could you do a chiko roll recipe? Thank you!
