More to come! Lots, lots, lots more…. – Nagi x
Request a recipe!
I spend an inordinate amount of time deciding which recipes to share.
My biggest problem is that there are so many recipes I want to share, things that get me doing the jiggy because it’s so good but then before I dash off to film and photograph the recipe, I pause and think – will my readers get excited about this too?? Will they really go and try this?
It’s always interesting when I publish a new recipe to see how many people read it. After 4 years of blogging (that’s middle aged in Internet terms!), you’d think I’d be able to get it right 100% of the time.
And mostly, I can.
I knew you’d love the Sticky Honey Mustard Drumsticks and go bonkers over the Pad Thai and Tikka Masala. I didn’t expect you’d be clamouring for the Quiche Lorraine or Avocado Dip, and I guessed right. 🙂
But other times, you surprise me! I did not expect such an amazing response to the Homemade Pastrami from last Friday, nor that the Garlic Butter Kale Rice would become such a firm favourite!
And after all those hours of contemplating what recipes I think you want, it finally dawned on me: Why don’t I ask you??
DUH!
And so, here we are. Finally – because it took me so ridiculously to arrive at this point – FINALLY I’m asking you:
WHAT RECIPES DO YOU WANT ME TO SHARE?
Drop your requests in the comments section below!
Be as specific or as general as you want. I just ask 2 simple things:
-
Please do a quick little Search to see if I’ve already shared it!
-
No banana anything! It’s the only normal thing I can’t stand. Awful, smelly, slimy things that they are!?
{UPDATE: Scroll to the top for a list of requested recipes that I have published!}
I obviously can’t promise that I’ll share every recipe requested, being that I’m just one person who does need to sleep on occasion! But I’ll certainly share the most requested ones, and I’ll regularly pop back here when I’m planning my recipe calendar.
LIFE OF DOZER
Hairdresser appointments are always extremely productive – I get my highlights and make recipe videos. Dozer gets his pats.
Hi Nagi!
I try everything you publish, I love everything and my family too. I guess that my reputation as a good cook rely totally on you! I try to integrate more vegetarian meals in our menu, so I would love to have more options from you. It seems that you are preparing Indian Food, so I can’t wait to see what’s coming!!!
Your biggest fan of RecipeTin Eats! (Excuse my English)
A great Thai green curry and green curry paste
Lebanese “shish tawook” grilled chicken and I’d love a Pakistani “Karahi” chicken because I can’t seem to perfect our exceptional take-out version here! Please and thank you Nagi!!!
Hi, Nagi! I admire what a great cook you must be by the pictures of your finished dishes. However, I don’t know how to cook at all. My husband walked out on my son and I, and he was the cook of the family (a very good one, too). I’m a complete idiot when it comes to cooking (exact words of my husband). I am struggling to put food on the table for the 2 of us. I would love it if you can have a section for non-cooks – very simple dishes with few ingredients but still tasty and healthy. It would be so helpful as I venture off into this unfamiliar territory of cooking. Maybe once I get more experience, I can try some of your other more difficult dishes (unlikely, but it’s a dream). Help, Nagi, before my son and I starve to death or get sick of carry-out (whichever comes first).
Oxtail ragu!
I agree with everyone else, love the food you post, its really my kind of food. I would love to request Biryani as others have mentioned already. Also I would love to see a recipe for Japanese Cotton Cheesecake. Thanks 🙂
Hi. This is Yumiko, Nagi’s mother here. I am currently working on Japanese baked cheese cake so hopefully, I can post a recipe on my blog site, RecipeTin Japan soon.
Hi Nagi…your recipes are our go-to for the weekly menu plan. If possible, I’d like to add more vegetarian dishes to our staples, so a selection of non-meat recipes would be great. Thanks…
Love your recipes. Would love to see a sweet and sour soup 🙂
More Vegetarian recipes please 😁😁😁😁 Oh and Mei goreng (however u spell it)
Thanks 😘
I would love a recipe for a good almond gainding
How about an octopus dish of some kind.
This may seem like no big deal but I would love a Miso Soup recipe. My girlfriend and I get Miso Ramen for lunch here in NYC at least once week. But the most important part of the dish is really the broth. You just can’t grab some miso paste and throw it in a pot. At least I don’t think so. I would love to make this at home! Thanks very much!
Best, Ali
Happy Birthday Dozer!!!
I would love a good recipe for Rendang beef and chicken also some Nassi gorang.
Hi, Nagi!
Your recipes have become a staple in your home. I’m trying to eat more fish, but I find that most recipes are pretty bland. The Honey Garlic Salmon recipe is killer and more recipes like that would be awesome (I now have hope for eating more fish)! I searched and I don’t see any seared tuna steak recipes either.
Thanks for making so much deliciousness! 🙂
Should say “our home” not “your home” XD I guess my caffeine hasn’t kicked in yet!
Do you have the recipe to a long and happy life?
Hi Nagi!
I would love to see a recipe for Biryani and Chicken Korma. Thank You!

Apologies if you already covered any of the above but I did a quick search and did not find them.
My fav meal from my childhood was porcupine meatballs but I can never get my meatballs to stay together, I bet you could! Also 2nd the massaman curry with loads of peanuts. Also maybe more sides/ vegetables dishes?
Thanks for all your wonderful recipes Nagi, you feed my family most nights of the week.
