How the winners are chosen – Winner will be chosen using a random selection generator (we download the entries, remove duplicate entries then the winner is randomly selected).

They are well trialed and attractively portrayed with ingredients precisely listed, Instructions are clear and easy to understand, and I find the accompanying notes are most helpful. I particularly like the fact that you actually explain WHY and WHAT can happen if any procedure is not correctly followed through. I am a great admirer of your recipes which have proved to be a hit with my family and friends. It’s easy to whip up something fabulous with what seems to be a “simple recipe’ written by an expert in her field.
