I love doing giveaways! And today, TWO readers have a chance to win my most used kitchen tool – a handcrafted Japanese Chef’s knife. The exact knife I use every day – read more about it here! It’s sitting here in my house, brought all the way back from a little boutique knife shop in Tokyo. My most-used, most-precious tool in the kitchen!

Oh, you also get a copy of my cookbook. I’ll even sign it for you, if you want. 😇 And so will Dozer!!

HOW TO ENTER

  1. Leave a comment at the bottom of this post telling me the city/state and country in which you live!

  2. Make sure you enter your email address accurately so I can contact you if you win. 🙂

GIVEAWAY TERMS

  1. Prize packs x 2 (RRP A$500 each) – Personalised autographed cookbook plus handcrafted Japanese knife, my most indispensable kitchen tool. Plus whetstone to keep it sharp!

  2. Open to everyone in the world!

  3. Entries close midnight Sunday 4th December, Sydney time.

  4. How the winners are chosen – Winner will be chosen using a random selection generator (we download the entries, remove duplicate entries then the winner is randomly selected).

  5. Two winners will be chosen and the prizes will be sent out early next week so you will get them before Christmas!

  6. Winners will be contacted by email, announced in my newsletter and updated on this post.

    Hi Nagi ~ every Monday morning at work the chat is about what Nagi recipe we tried over the weekend. I even made the Xmas pavlova and took the meringues into work this week and put together at the office for our morning tea ! Huge success 🙂

    I have been following you for years Nagi. I introduced your Facebook page to my son and daughter and Matthew (33) loves to cook your recipes, actually he recently said “ one of my favourite cooks” hence he purchased 3 of your books and gave one to me and one to his sister (30) I’m a chef so I’m really enjoying watching my son being so interested in food. My daughter is a great cook as well. I would love to win this for my son, he would be chuffed.
