I have been overwhelmed by the depth of explanation with each recipe. I greatly appreciate all of the education that Nagi as added. My cooking confidence has increased . because of the clear concise format of the recipe instructions with all the notes . I haven’t watched any of the videos yet, but I’m sure I will.
