Your idea to send frequent emails with recipes is brilliant. Also, your approach to show variations for using different cuts for a recipe is extremely useful (eg) Chicken drumstick, thigh or breast. And then there is the variety of your recipes . . . .
I already have one of your books and it has been used many times. If I was lucky enough to win a signed copy, I would keep it myself and give my own copy to my nephew who is learning to cook. Plus I think that the knife would be amazing.
I live in the Hyams Beach village in NSW Australia. One of my favourites is to walk to the rocks at the edge of the small beach and catch a fresh squid which will be on the BBQ within an hour.
