SURPRISE! I’ve signed a contract for a RecipeTin cookbook! But this won’t be just another cookbook……This is going to be a cookbook filled with new recipes YOU ask for.
Let’s make this cookbook OURS!

PS That’s just a mock cover!!
Finally – a cookbook!
This is real – a RecipeTin cookbook is happening! I’m committed – I can’t back out, I’ve signed a publishing contract with Pan Macmillan, a big name publishing house here in Australia.
Excited, nervous, daunted, scared…. all these words come to mind as I sit here, preparing myself for what will be the the most important and biggest project I have ever undertaken in my professional life.
Which brings me to the main purpose of sharing this news….
I want to make this cookbook WITH you, FOR you!
Let’s fill these pages with recipes YOU want! Mostly new, but even some favourites from the website!

I’m going to be completely honest with you. I am under no illusion about how much work it will take to make a cookbook.
So for me to make this cookbook for myself, because, well, you know, it is kind of an ego boost to see your name on a printed book. That’s not enough motivation for me. I don’t deserve it! 😂
If, on the other hand, I make it for you…….. now THAT is what I call motivation. That gets me excited. That is what will give me the incentive to give this cookbook everything I’ve got, to make it the best it can be.
I want to make a cookbook that you will actually use all the time, rather than gathering dust on the bookshelf.
So tell me what you want in our cookbook! What type of recipes, even little details like adding nutrition information, storage and make ahead tips, or key dietary notes (like gluten free).
They will mostly be new recipes that are exclusively made for the cookbook though I will also include some long standing reader favourites from the website!
Let’s make this cookbook together. Leave your cookbook wish list in the comments section below!!

PS Reminder – this cover is a fake!! 😂 You know full well I am going to ask for your opinion when choosing the real cover. ❤️

Life of Dozer
I know today’s big announcement is all about me, me, me. But that’s no excuse to skip a Dozer update! Here he is, disrespecting my cookbook already. Or possibly just thinks the photo is real food. It could be either. 🙄

Though he has already expressed he is willing and able to help in any way possible with the cookbook. Thanks Dozer! We all know what your “help” involves….

You must add your roast leg of lamb recipe to your cookbook but add instructions for bone-in as well as boneless. PS hope I can buy in Canada
So excited for not just you but us too. Can’t wait! Love Dozer too.
I look forward to your recipe emails. They are always so interesting. We are carb counters, so in your nutrition list could you please make sure the carbs are listed? Thanks
Hi Nagi. Maybe format could be by the main dish and all the courses around it like the southern bbq you just described that family nade using yiur recipes. Whatever it is Im in. Aporeciate your recipes and love your Dozer.
I absolutely cannot wait for your cookbook! You, Dozer, and your recipes are amazing. Your posts always make me smile! I’d love to see a gluten free blueberry muffin recipe. I’ve yet to have a fantastic GF muffin that blew my socks off. Stay safe and thank you!
I’m from South Carolina, and I love southern cuisine. But I love your recipe for Beef Stroganoff. It is the best. I would love to see recipes for 2 as it is only my husband and I. I look forward to your cookbook.
Char Siu – Chinese Barbecue Pork, please.
It is a huge favourite in my house. Always brings smiles to the faces at the table.
Make it a large book with many recipes! One I can give to my grandchildren, with confidence they will have one good basic book. Be sure to include Thai recipes. I have yet to find a recipe of yours that i didn’t like. Thank you for all your enjoyable meals.

You have inspired me to cook. Your recipes have made me find a love of cooking that I have never had and now I make food that is amazing .YOU changed my life
please make a section devoted to air fryer cooking – preferably lo-cal, maybe some pressure cooking too.
I would REALLY like to find a basic/simple/no frills recipe for quick, LARGE Yorkshire Pudding. One of us can’t ingest Bicarb. (in any form) and therein lies my problem. I had one years ago, (just egg, flour and milk – I think) so I know it’s possible but I lost it “in the move”, please help?
Definitely include photos. Make sure to continue your easy
to follow recipes with tips. Loved the beef Bourguignon and I rarely eat beef! Also the no yeast Australian bread and savory muffins. Any fruit desserts are a hit in my house. I am an experience home cook and often don’t use recipes but love yours! You have never had any Jewish related. What about a sweet noodle kugel or even potato pancakes with homemade applesauce.
Hi Nagi,
May I suggest an Air Fryer section in your cookbook? Recipes which include fish would be appreciated.
Thank you for the “detailed” instructions you always include
in your recipes. They’re so helpful !!
I would love to see recipes for one or two servings. My sis and I are both young widows and need recipes for one or two servings or recipes that are easily divided into smaller servings. Also many years ago I had an old recipe for a one crust peach pie in a custard type filling that was to die for. It used either fresh or frozen peaches. Thanks
Hi Nagi! Your presentations and videos are excellent. In fact I would say “perfect”. You are so talented and thoughtful in your offerings. Thank you for all you do to make cooking a joy and eating a treat! My family loves soups, casseroles, fresh veggies and great meats, all of which you cover. I have heard from friends that they have trouble with sauces and gravy. Maybe you could include some of your favorite sauces or gravy recipes. I cannot wait to get your cookbook! I am so excited! Thank you Nagi!! Much love!!! ❤️👍🏻😍
Woo Hoo!!! What a great accomplishment. I honestly don’t know how you have the time to do all you do. All your recipes are fabulous. Bur since you asked I would love slow cooker recipes and casserole recipes. Also, would love for you to put in some recipes that are Dozer’s favorites so all our pups can enjoy too. Honestly, any of your recipes would be perfect. Best of luck to you.

Love your SITE.
Good luck and looking forward to your book. Hi Dozer.
Must have an Asian food section!! Thai Cashew Chicken, Chinese Cashew Chicken, Pad Thai, Fried Rice, etc. These are the best flavor and easiest recipes that I don’t even do take out anymore!
My favorite recipe is your Beef Stroganoff cooking on the stove top and choices of meat. Though I’m completely committed to thin cut Ribeye.
That’s the first recipe of yours I cooked, delicious❣️
