SURPRISE! I’ve signed a contract for a RecipeTin cookbook! But this won’t be just another cookbook……This is going to be a cookbook filled with new recipes YOU ask for.
Let’s make this cookbook OURS!

PS That’s just a mock cover!!
Finally – a cookbook!
This is real – a RecipeTin cookbook is happening! I’m committed – I can’t back out, I’ve signed a publishing contract with Pan Macmillan, a big name publishing house here in Australia.
Excited, nervous, daunted, scared…. all these words come to mind as I sit here, preparing myself for what will be the the most important and biggest project I have ever undertaken in my professional life.
Which brings me to the main purpose of sharing this news….
I want to make this cookbook WITH you, FOR you!
Let’s fill these pages with recipes YOU want! Mostly new, but even some favourites from the website!

I’m going to be completely honest with you. I am under no illusion about how much work it will take to make a cookbook.
So for me to make this cookbook for myself, because, well, you know, it is kind of an ego boost to see your name on a printed book. That’s not enough motivation for me. I don’t deserve it! 😂
If, on the other hand, I make it for you…….. now THAT is what I call motivation. That gets me excited. That is what will give me the incentive to give this cookbook everything I’ve got, to make it the best it can be.
I want to make a cookbook that you will actually use all the time, rather than gathering dust on the bookshelf.
So tell me what you want in our cookbook! What type of recipes, even little details like adding nutrition information, storage and make ahead tips, or key dietary notes (like gluten free).
They will mostly be new recipes that are exclusively made for the cookbook though I will also include some long standing reader favourites from the website!
Let’s make this cookbook together. Leave your cookbook wish list in the comments section below!!

PS Reminder – this cover is a fake!! 😂 You know full well I am going to ask for your opinion when choosing the real cover. ❤️

Life of Dozer
I know today’s big announcement is all about me, me, me. But that’s no excuse to skip a Dozer update! Here he is, disrespecting my cookbook already. Or possibly just thinks the photo is real food. It could be either. 🙄

Though he has already expressed he is willing and able to help in any way possible with the cookbook. Thanks Dozer! We all know what your “help” involves….

I would love to see a good recipe for black forest gateaux, and a variety of cheesecakes. Also some some one pot dinners for the slow cooker or casserole, and traybake dinners with potatoes included, so you can just throw all ingredients
in together, walk away, and come back to a delicious meal, without having to do any more work! Thank you.
AHHHH I AM BEYOND EXCITED!!!!!! I will be pre-ordering this!!
I love all your recipes so much. I cant even think what I would like to see in the cookbook. Soup recipes, salads.
If I could say one thing, I love how you have other suggestions on your recipes, like if you cannot get a certain type of fish you give other suggestions. I would love it if you would continue it in your book as well. 🙂
I am so happy right bow :):)
Hi Nagi,
A favourite – Mega Flavour Lentil Curry!
Also one of the things I appreciate on your website is the ‘serving scale’. Adding possibly a QR code to each recipe which will then allow the user to access this for each recipe would be gold!
Hi Nagi! What a talent you are! Would love recipes that don’t involve too many ingredients! Love ur recipes and congrats on your book deal! You have some work cut out for you! It will be amazing! Xxxx
I especially love all of your Chinese, Japanese as well as Korean recipes however whatever will be in this book is sure to be a winner. It’s also nice to have some prep photos to go along with recipe as well as freezing suggestions.
Best of luck on this new endeavour.
Hi Nagi. This is exciting. I’d love a good turkey or chicken divan recipe.
I tried searching for chicken and waffles here and couldn’t find it, so that’s my request for your cookbook! I know there’s a lot online but I trust you the most, Nagi! Make ahead/ meal prep techniques would also be great.
A small session for Dozer! a page or 2 of dog food recipes will be great. Cakes, treats, normal everyday meals.
My wife now on a keto diet for medical reasons.
How about some keto Asian stir fries etc as well as other keto recipes
Love it!! I would like to see recipes compiled by countries starting with Asian cuisine (in any order) then Mexican etc.. also would love a section for slow cooked recipes it’s my favourite part on your website! Looking forward to it hooray 😃
Your recipes are absolutely the best. I’m told often that I’m an excellent cook, and I’m actually standing on your shoulders… your wonderful recipes have been the backbone of all the lovely compliments I receive. I can’t wait to purchase your cookbook for myself and also for friends and family members. Thank you so much for doing the hard work and spending the needed time to create your new masterpiece.
so EXCITED about your cook book to come soon I hope. Can wait to get it. I have loved each and every recipe you have put out there because you do it with a passion.
As for Dozer, so lovable. I am sure you spoil him with yummy treats.
Seafood chowder, blue water grill Newport America makes it and it is bloody amazing I’ve asked for recipe still waiting so maybe you dear one can provide. Much love many thanks
The only suggestion I have is Vietnamese Chicken Salad and Pad Thai. I love your recipes and I can’t wait for your cook book. Make sure you credit Dozer with being the Royal Taster!! lol
I’m one of those people on a low sodium diet and finding yummy recipes with less than 500mg sodium per serve is very tricky. I would appreciate whatever you can do for me in that regard, including nutritional info for every recipe. xxx
You MUST include mushroom risotto. I love all your notes and tips and commentary so I hope you can include that style but I guess it will be tricky. A really good index, M for mushroom but also under R for risotto. Photos essential. Oh and the book should stay open on a page easily. I really like using Mary Berrys basic cookbook, good pictures, descriptions, layout.
I thought you might consider organizing your book by cuisine origin ( Mexican, Thai, Italian, etc.) rather than by appetizers, beverages, meats, etc. your recipes, instructions, and explanations are wonderful.
Please include your fluffy naan bread. It is great, we love it, it super easy and so delicious! Thanks for everything, your positivity, generousity and kindness.
Congratulations!!! Thank you for all your hard work! I enjoy all your great recipes. 30 minute meals would be super .Also one pot meals .
anything for an Instant Pot
